One even replaced the motor at our expense. Nothing worked. Brandon tackled the job and left no stone unturned. He wouldn’t give up until he found the issue. He is our hero. Brandon did a great job on a hot water heat pump. It was in a challenging place for the install and took a little more time than expected, but Brandon was top notch in all aspects of communications and did a fantastic job in installation.

Professional, thorough, fairly priced, and efficient! Back story.. My heat pump hadn't worked for about a year. I didn't know who to call. I thought I was out a very expensive unit. Kinney Family Heat Pumps did a thorough investigation of the heat pump, found the problem within 30 minutes, told me it could be fixed, and took care of the rest for me to get the replacement part. The part was installed, pump put back together, and in working condition within a couple of hours. 10/10 recommend this company!!
