Had my heat pump cleaned today by Zaine. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did an awesome job cleaning the pump up! Zaine also recommended the service plan for heat pumps and explained it well! Kyle came and assessed what was going on. We assumed it was a septic issue. The septic company came out and we discovered the septic didn’t have water coming from the house. Discovered the main line was clogged. Kyle came in, acted professionally, and walked me through every step as they were taken. He was able to clean the line out and assess the quality of the pipe. Gave recommendations for future maintenance. Overall super grateful for Dave’s World on getting out to my house fast, and working the schedule around so my family can have running water again. Just had a master plumber and an apprentice come out and upgrade my single filtration system to a triple filter for my well water. They were on time, reasonably priced (stayed well within the quote range), friendly and explained everything that they were doing. I can't wait to do more business with these guys in the future. When they say "Dave's World Awesome!", they really mean awesome!

We recently had three Lennox-powered by Samsung heat pumps installed by Dave's World, and the entire experience was excellent. From our initial consultation through installation, everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Matthew, who came out to provide our recommendation and estimate, took the time to thoroughly explain the system options, answer our questions, and help us determine the best setup for our home. On installation day, James was especially wonderful to work with—extremely friendly and professional.

The installation crew did a fantastic job and completed the work neatly and efficiently, including mounting the outdoor units on stands. They were also very kind and understanding with our pups, who got a little rambunctious at times, which we really appreciated.
