Had my heat pump cleaned today by Zaine. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did an awesome job cleaning the pump up! Zaine also recommended the service plan for heat pumps and explained it well! Kyle came and assessed what was going on. We assumed it was a septic issue. The septic company came out and we discovered the septic didn’t have water coming from the house. Discovered the main line was clogged. Kyle came in, acted professionally, and walked me through every step as they were taken. He was able to clean the line out and assess the quality of the pipe. Gave recommendations for future maintenance. Overall super grateful for Dave’s World on getting out to my house fast, and working the schedule around so my family can have running water again.
