These guys are wonderful.
I had an issue with my propane furnace not completing it's cycle and heating the house properly.
Some parts were rusted when I had Valley Home Heating services due an annual cleaning.
They ordered the parts and were very good about turning the annual cleaning into a partial service call.
When they installed the parts a couple of weeks later. The furnace ran fine for a bit, then went back to not doing a full cycle.
I called and they were quick not only to get back to me, but sent a tech out at no charge to get the furnace running.
He looked at the furnace, tried a couple of things then contacted someone else.
It turned out to be a problem with the condensate pump (water) not clearing like it should.
He quickly cleared out the pump, changed the little pellets that neutralize the water (de-acidify) and cut the drain pipe into pump because it was too long.
The furnace is now running great.
These guys are great, know what they are doing and are quick to help.
Certain other companies would have billed me out the wazoo and come back in 3 weeks.

Heat Pump installation went smooth, everyone involved (installers and electricians) were very nice and courteous. They called and said if I was available earlier, which I was and it worked out great. Received several quotes and Valley provided the best value IMO, and a new Fujitsu 15 BTU unit was placed where I wanted. Valley competitive and professional from start to finish, highly recommend.

Thank You Valley Home Services for an exceptional customer service experience. It was everything I thought it would be and more from this amazing team!

My husband and I had three heat pumps completely installed at our log cabin.
From the consult to the completion of their job (including drawings and placement for the heat pumps) it blended beautifully with our log cabin.
