Aaron has done an amazing job treating our oak trees on Casco Bay for Browntail moth infestation and also our hemlocks for the woolly adelgid aphid. He also helped us take down a couple trees and haul away the waist. He’s been amazingly accommodative, super nice, very professional and he’s helped numerous of our other neighbors in the hood. Awesome and I’d recommend him to anybody!!

Black Bear Tree Care is awesome! Ryan quickly provided me with a very fair and reasonable quote to cut down a huge tree and grind 2 stumps. He called me about the quote to explain a few things and then provided very timely service. If you need service cutting down trees or grinding stumps I'd highly recommend you use Black Bear Tree Care... you'll be very happy you did!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job that Aaron and Lori did for us. We had a huge project - 15+ trees, most around other trees, lines, etc.- and they did everything from removing 30ish foot pines to practically picking up the needles. If not for the occasional patch of sawdust (and newly abundant sunlight,) you might not notice they were even there. They communicated with us at every step and made any adjustments we needed, while also giving us great advice and ideas of their own. The price for all this was way more than fair. I won't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone I know needing this type of service.

Aaron did excellent work, removing and pruning our trees. Some were in difficult locations, near power lines, and most required the use of his bucket. Aaron and his wife also cleaned up all debris afterwards. Aaron is very knowledgeable about trees and helped us evaluate the trees for health and recommended what the best course of action might be, with no pressure. It was such a pleasure working with them. They are very polite, professional and easy to work with.

Aaron and his wife did an amazing job removing a dead tree from our property. The tree was alongside a busy road, however, with their skills and expertise they made quick and prompt work of dropping the tree and removing it without one branch or limb falling onto the roadway. I was really impressed with their work and cleanup on my property. That tree has been an eyesore for a very long time and i'm sure all my neighbors along with us are happy it's gone. I highly recommend Black Bear Tree Care. Aaron is very reasonable on price and does quality work. Thanks again guys, you rock! I will be contacting you again shortly for tree pruning.

On 12/01/20 I contacted Black Bear Tree Service once again. Aaron returned my call promptly and came over the next day! We have a very large Norway Maple in the front of our house and we just recently had a heavy rain and windstorm that broke a branch which nearly fell onto our roof. Luckily, another large branch was propping it up and we avoided any major damage to our house. The tree was in need of major pruning and limb removal. Not an easy task with our house located directly next to a busy road and how much overgrowth we had above our roof. But, Aaron is very experienced and was able to get the job done with his bucket truck and the help from his wife. Once again I’m very pleased with their service, very reasonable rates and promptness to get the job done! I highly recommend them! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aaron and his wife are a great team and did an awesome job on our property. He is very professional, skilled, safety conscious, easy to work with, and keeps his word. He can be trusted. He made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted and then afterward he made sure I was completely satisfied. And he was exceptionally careful not to damage any of my property, and they left the job site looking great! A truly a nice couple!!! I’d recommend them to anybody!!

Aaron and his helper made taking this big old spruce down look easy. They arrived on time , worked quickly and were carful not to damage my wife’s small flower garden directly below.

Aaron is knowledgeable, skilled, easy to work with and truly a nice fellow. He has modern, up-to-date equipment, an excellent work ethic, he is responsible and on time. Aaron felled, cut up and moved three trees that posed an unacceptable level of risk to the house, garage and - most importantly - power lines. He is efficient and I was surprised at how quickly the task(s) were completed. Recommended without reservation!
