Excellent service and great response time

They called me as soon as they could help me with our electrical issues. They were very professional, courteous and hard working. Highly recommend them!

Greenlaw Electric came highly recommended from a previous customer. However, my recent experience has been one of total frustration and complete communication and customer service failure. I've been in contact with this company for the past 6 weeks for a mere quote on an instalation of a heat pumps. I've sent numerous emails, text messages, and phone messages only to be almost totally ignored. On occasion, I would receive a phone call when I questioned their professiolism. Regardless of the contact method, my efforts to get a quote went unanswered. Michelle and her brother certainly provide one great service, Lip Service on a continues basis when and if they responded. I've been working with NEIF and have been approved for a loan for my project that requires time sensitive information to returned by the selected contractor (Greenlaw Electric), my requests for the necessary and pertinent time sensitive information from Greenlaw Electric went unanswered although they were aware of my time constraints. If your looking to hire Greenlaw Electric, you might want to think twice, as a matter of fact, move on to another contractor, save yourself a whole lot of time and fustration. Not dependable, communication at their whim, they make promises to apise their perspective customer. Absolute waste of time and effort. They seem to feel that they are entitled to String you along regardless of what your situation is. FAIR WARNING, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-
Is GigoPro free to use?
Yes. Browsing businesses, reading reviews, and comparing electricians is free for everyone. Business owners can create a basic listing at no cost.
-
How do you verify businesses on GigoPro?
Every profile goes through moderation before it appears in search. We check that the business is real, actively operating, and actually performs the work it claims. For regulated trades like electrical work, we look for proper licensing, and we automatically hide inactive listings.
-
How do I choose the right electrician?
Start with ratings and recent reviews, then confirm the company is licensed and insured for your specific type of work. Contact two or three providers, ask for written estimates, and compare what each quote includes, not just the bottom line.
-
Can I list my business on GigoPro?
Yes. Create a free business profile to reach local customers searching for your category. You can update services, photos, and contact details anytime, and customers can book you directly from your profile.
-
How often is the directory updated?
Business owners update their own profiles. Our team also refreshes hub pages and removes inactive listings to keep search results current. For example, this page is reviewed and updated monthly.
-
Do I need a permit for electrical work?
Most significant electrical work — new circuits, panel upgrades, rewiring, and solar installations — requires a permit and inspection in most jurisdictions. A licensed electrician handles the permit process and schedules the inspection. Ask about permits before you book.
-
How do I know if my panel needs an upgrade?
Common signs include breakers that trip often, adding major loads (EV charger, solar, heat pump, new kitchen), or still having a fuse box or a 100-amp panel. A licensed electrician can assess your panel and load capacity in a visit.
-
Are electricians on GigoPro licensed and insured?
Electrical work is regulated in every state. Ask each electrician for their license number and proof of insurance before work begins. Professional companies expect these questions and answer them without hesitation.
-
How much does electrical service cost?
Costs vary by job type, region, and complexity — there is no honest single number. Reputable electricians give written estimates after assessing the job, and comparing two or three of them is the best way to understand what your work should cost.
-
Can I leave a review after booking through GigoPro?
Yes. After your job is done, you can rate the electrician and describe your experience. Verified reviews from recent jobs help the next homeowners in your city choose well — and keep listed professionals at their best.
