They did a great job installing 2 heat pumps for us and Ken has always been willing to answer any questions we’ve had. He is very responsive as well. All at a VERY fair price. We will continue to refer anyone who is in the market for a heat pump to Twin City. You will not regret it. Thank you Ken!

Had Ken and his team install a Fujitsu split system in our shore home. Project was well-designed, reasonably priced, and his team was entirely professional. Details worked out ahead of time and they came in and did the job with no-one home. Left the house cleaner than before they arrived. System operating 100%. Can’t recommend Twin City Heat Pumps enough! I needed a heat pump relatively quick and they got the job done. All team members I worked with were phenomenal, timely, efficient, and kind — Brady, Cody, Curtis, and Sherrae. I’m especially thankful for the time that Cody and Curtis spent to walk me through the ins and outs of the electrical and heat pump nuances/technicalities while they were installing the unit.

We had the estimate done on a Wednesday, and the installation was done the next Tuesday. It only took the installer and electrician 5 hours. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

The Twin City team was prompt, professional and friendly. The team arrived to install our heat pumps as scheduled and completed the install within the two day agreed to time frame. They took care to remove their shoes when entering the house and cleaned things as they went along. Once the job was done they taught me how to use the units and asked if I had questions. After they left I received a confirmation that they had registered the units with Fujitsu....Twin City gets 5 stars from me...it's tough to find a company with such a great work ethic, and I am very impressed!

We recently had our heat pump cleaned, and we are very happy with the results. Keith was very thorough and professional. They installed our heat pump, and we have recommended Twin City Home Comfort to our friends and relatives.

From the start, the process for adding our heat pumps went smoothly! Amy in the front office was great in setting us up for our appointment and if we had questions was always prompt in getting back to us. Bradley, TCHC’s sales rep, was awesome & very thorough. He listened to our input, and was always about how it would present aesthetically on the areas of the house.

The crew was just as awesome. Showed up when they said they were going to. The crew lead was awesome and made suggestions to some of the set up which saved us money. The whole crew was awesome. Having an electrician in TCHC’s crew was definitely a money saver.

To sum it up, from the office, the sales rep and the crew you couldn’t ask for a better group people to do the job. They do care. This was no small investment for us and my wife and I grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We have more projects and will definitely hire TCHC when that time comes.

Anthony is great at what he does. He has repaired my dryer and freezer. Very knowledgeable and great at communicating what repairs he has done. I highly recommend!

I could never say enough to describe how wonderful my experience was with Patriot Appliance Repair. Anthony is a man of integrity; he showed the utmost professionalism (and kindness) during our every interaction. We have a 4.5 cu ft LG stackable washer with a unique problem causing leakage of water during usage. Anthony was very responsive via phone and text. He came to evaluate the washing machine at the exact time that he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and expertly completed the repair in a timely manner. His pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend Anthony and Patriot Appliance Repair, without any reservation!!!

I just had an amazing experience with Patriot Appliance Repair! Anthony phoned this morning to say he had a change in his schedule and could come right away to look at my dryer. 15 minutes later he was here. He disassembled the dryer, explained what the problems were, replaced the needed parts and put the dryer back together in less than an hour! I was completely amazed that he had the correct parts for a dryer that was 16 years old on his truck and did not have to order them special. Needless to say, the next time I need an appliance repaired, Anthony will be my man!

I can’t say enough good things about Patriot. Anthony came the day he returned my call to take a look at my dryer and even came back again on the same day when it required an additional fix that we didn’t realize. He is fairly priced and beyond kind, friendly and helpful and I will 100% be calling him again if I ever have another need. Highly recommend!

Great communication. He was quick to respond and set up a time to repair my dryer. He also was nice enough to travel about 30 mins from Bangor to do so. Very friendly, highly recommend and would call again with any repair needs.

We had an awesome experience with Patriot. Anthony was able to come out the same day we spoke on the phone to look at our washer. He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with the machine, gave us the honest recommendation that we would be better off purchasing a new washer, and charged a very fair price on labor. He took a few minutes to look at some new ones online and with me gave some tips for shopping which was much appreciated. All in all it was a comfortable and respectful experience. Thanks guys!

Great Experience!!! Anthony returned my call promptly. He was able to schedule the washer repair at my tenant house within a couple of days. He was friendly, professional, and accomplished the repair. His rates were fair and in line with expectations. Good experience where I wasn't really expecting it.
