I can't say enough positive things about Shays Cleaning Service! This is my first year having her services. She is very detailed, great communication, and goes above and beyond! My dryer broke and she and her partner made sure to take the laundry to the laundry mat so that all was ready for my incoming rental. I do not live close by so having her services has saved me on a few occasions :) I would not hesitate calling her if you are looking for an honest, hardworking, and kind person to take care of your rentals!

Shay's cleaning service is exceptional. It took me years to finally decide to help myself and hire help cleaning. Carrie goes above and beyond! I'm never worried about leaving her alone in my home while I'm gone. It is so nice to come home to a clean home once she's done 🙂 clean and professional every time!

Shay’ Cleaning Service is absolutely the BEST service I have used. I’ve had deep cleaning as well as camp cleans after being in my place for a week or two. Shay’s Cleaning Service has been turning over my short term rental, Silver Lake Lodge, for almost a year now. They are so professional and thorough. I especially appreciate the before and after photos. The pride they take in their work is palpable. Shay has also helped me source property management, mowing and repair services, including when I have been out of the country and had, for example, no hot water at the house while guests were there.

I called Scott on a Monday about frozen pipes at a rental property. Come Thursday I still had not heard from Scott. Decided to call him again as he may be very busy, even though a call back only takes a couple of seconds. He says he has someone near me finishing a job and will be over after. I tell him to call first as nobody lives there isn't anyone living there. Forward 5 hours, still no call. Check with Scott and was informed the guy was already there. He didn't call??? I ask Scott why no call? Informed Scott didn't give the tech my number. Somehow that's my fault and Scott won't work for me now... apparently no great loss. I'll find a professional.

I have nothing but positives for this company. They returned my phone call, gave me a quote, showed up on time and did an excellent job. The 3 gentlemen were so nice to my nearly 3 year old grandson. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
