We were very happy with the service that Joel and his workers provided. They were professional and considerate of our lakeside property. We appreciated all the safety measures they used and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

When a large part of a tree broke and fell onto our house and propane tank, my family was left without hot water until it could be safely removed. Joel came out first thing the next morning, even though he was busy, just to check on us. He made the time right away to get the tree off the propane tank so we could have it inspected. Because of his quick response, we were able to get our hot water back in only a few days — something my family, especially with a 7-month-old, was so thankful for. Joel didn’t stop there — he came back the very next morning to finish the job, removing the fallen tree and carefully trimming back parts of the tree so it wouldn’t be a danger to us.

I’m so grateful not only for his hard work, but also for the kindness and urgency he showed in such a stressful moment. He truly went above and beyond for us.

Dale and I would score a 10 if we could! We certainly put him to the test! Two trees 65-70' plus electrical lines, the camp, our well, the barn were all in close proximity and he met and exceeded the challenge. We were astonished at his capabilities and how well he handled the task. His professionalism showed up! We would recommend Joel for any job without hesitation. Very pleasant to do business with.

Joel is very professional and conscientious. A big tree blew over at camp and I was not able to be there. He checked it in a timely manner, took pictures and gave me a reasonable price. The tree was on a slope and had fallen on the leach field, making it a bit complicated. They were able to work around that. He sent me pictures after the work was done as well. Precision Tree Service and the owner Joel Philbrook did a great job for us. His input during the initial walk through was very helpful. Follow up through out the process was excellent. Rather than send pictures to document the work he did, he sent a video, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Precision Tree Service.

Joel and his son Jack removed a large tree from my lot that was completely surrounded with phone and power lines. Joel rigged up and climbed the tree. He cut sections of tree and he to and Jack controlled the sections down to the ground. Once the tree was down, they removed all the stems and chipped all the branches, leaving the area clean and free off any debris. They were fast and professional. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! A few weeks later, I reached out to Joel again, this time, to remove two large poplar trees. They each were in excess of 80 feet in height. These 2 trees were literally in a tight triangle of 3 residential power lines with the power pole and transformer located just a few feet away. Joel and Jack once again rigged, climbed, and removed both of these trees by sectioning them up and precisely lowering each piece down between the 3 sets of residential power lines. They them removed all of the debris and left the area neat and clean. Another awesome 5 star job by the Precision Tree Service LLC crew!

Very impressed with the work done by Precision Tree Services. Joel was extremely quick to provide a fair quote and turn time. He and his team did an excellent job pruning trees, cutting down others and removing the stumps completely. The crew was professional, efficient and left the yard clean when they were done!
