Plumber arrived before the appointment in plenty of time before the start time. Was very pleasant, and professional. Was done within early part of the estimated time, performing the work diligently from the time he was shown the project scope. Updated the piping so that better shutoffs were paired with the new faucet for a better setup. Confirmed things were done to our satisfaction and thorough with what was replaced. Very reasonable rate per hour on the job. Highly recommend. Will continue to hire for future products. Made the process headache-free. Thank you again for the excellent work.

I cannot say enough positive things regarding Jackson Plumbing and Heating. I have used them several times, for things such as installing a hose spigot, annual cleaning of my furnace, and most recently had them re-align piping to my washing machine. The pipes previously had ran up thru the exterior wall and kept freezing during cold spells. Jackson PH was quick to fix this issue for me. Whenever I give them a call they respond immediately and do great work and for a reasonable price too! I highly recommend Jackson PH to anyone with plumbing and heating needs and will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future!

Excellent tradesmen and excellent service! This is the 2nd time I’ve used Jackson Plumbing and Heating for some smaller repairs as a first time homeowner. The first time I called I needed a new mixer installed on some copper piping and I was not comfortable brazing the copper myself. They installed the new mixer as well as the new shower head and faucet in no time and took extreme care during the small amount of demo that was required in order to access the work area. They charged a very reasonable rate and the folks in the office were extremely pleasant to deal with in terms of scheduling and payment. This most recent time, it was my downstairs bathroom leaking at a fitting. I certainly could have tried messing with it myself but I knew Jackson would get it done fast, right, and not charge me an arm and a leg. Not only did they come quickly; they even reached out to let me know they could squeeze me in sooner if it worked for me. They fixed the problem within a half hour and they left no trace that they were there besides my no longer leaking fitting! I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be contacting them next year to discuss getting me hooked up with natural gas!
