Jake came highly recommended from both a general contractor that we use, and multiple members of the community...could not be happier with the result. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, even though he hadn't previously installed one of the Honeywell whole home humidifier setups. That, with the new natural gas tankless water heater, and the fancy new thermostat to keep tabs on everything, leave my partner and I very happy. We can now run our central blower, without heat, to circulate humid air throughout the home - the houseplants already love it! Communication is incredibly prompt, shows up when expected, and works cleanly to get everything done. We will be using Dirigo Mechanical for all of our home's mechanical system needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Ryan fixed our heat pump and did such a great job. After using two other companies prior to trying Dirigo, I can confidently say I will not use anybody else. The first company I tried could not figure out what was going on. The second company Tried to just tell me I needed a brand new heat pump Or to replace the computer board. (Very expensive) Whereas Ryan figured out the problem and potentially saved me from paying 2300 for a repair with another well known company that would not have even fixed the problem. So grateful!
