Honest, reasonable and competent repairman. He knows his trade well, including all the nuances of the electric/computer paneling on appliances now. He was upfront and honest about cost, what the issue might be and chances of a successful repair. He was able to get us in immediately (which is something given his shop was literally filled with appliances to be repaired) and got our fridge back in a reasonable amount of time (a part had to be ordered, but he ordered it right away and did work on it in good time when the part did come in). We haven't had an issue since getting it back, and are very satisfied with the service we received.

From the simple phone call to I’ll be there next Friday. He came and fixed out dishwasher in 30 minutes. Great guy and family business for sure! We will sure to use again (hopefully never) for our work! Thanks man

Answered my call right away, quickly diagnosed my issue and explained the problem, then frankly outlined costs of repair (broke down likely parts and labor amount) and why it would be a better investment for me to go purchase a new washer than pay him to fix the old one. That honesty is priceless, already saved his number and will call for all future issues for any of my appliances.

I needed warranty repairs to be completed on an LG Washing Machine and LG Dishwasher. Tom Lyons of Lyons Appliance is super professional, transparent, and informative. He was transferred to me from LG to replace my compressor. For a reasonable rate it was done within a week and he kept it a couple extra days (included in that week) to be safe.
