This company has serviced our heating system for many years and last fall as well. We have a leaky valve in the hot water baseboard heating, so called them and scheduled an appointment. They didn't show up so an hour after the appointment called and left a message, no return call, called again close to closing time to reschedule, left a message, no return call. This was a Friday so called 2 more times on Monday to reschedule, left messages no return calls. Called again on Tuesday got voice mail. Moving on to another heating and plumbing company. It is unfortunate that we have to move on, but they have become 100% nonresponsive, unprofessional in not notifying us of not making the appointment and not returning our calls. If you need something done do not call this company!!!!
