My son and I hired this company to remove and haul off a tree. They got the tree down but left all the limbs and trunks there. We paid extra to have it hauled off and they said they would be back to get it. They haven’t come back and do not answer or return calls. They were paid in cash and wouldn’t even give a receipt. They rescheduled several times. It was, and still is, such a mess dealing with this very unprofessional company. Our first review was removed. If this review is removed again I will have to go another route. Which is fine by me! Reviews are for the benefit of others that are thinking of doing business with this company. The only other thing I can say is DON’T. Do yourself a favor and find another company, otherwise you will end up having to deal with small claims court and wasted time.

I've used their service twice. Both times they have been a joy to work with. They are very communicative and clear about when they will be on site. They are upfront about costs and stick to their quotes. The trees I had to cut down were in a difficult and potentially dangerous location. They cut them down with ease and safely. They were prompt to clear out the brush and when asked to leave the logs for firewood they did so. Even with heavy rains they took the time blow the saw dust away from high traffic areas/bulkheads and to return to the site to rake the site clear. They are masters at their craft and I would highly recommend. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made the process. I will be using them again if needed. A++++
