The Chinchilla Team of eight came in, set up fast, worked fast and were very attentive to any questions or requests we had. We were amazed at their efficiency and professionalism. We had huge trees they took down, near buildings and wires. They left our property clean. They communicate well and have high standards for safety and customer satisfaction. A+

After talking with 5 different Companies, I met with Endy Chinchilla. I immediately knew he was the one for my job of cutting down a 60' silver maple in very close quarters with surrounding buildings in Portland. So professional and trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Endy and his crew did an amazing job. Thank You Endy!

I was amazed with their service! We had a large branch break off of our old oak tree. They brought a crew of 5 people, climbed up and chain sawed the problem branch. They were very professional and skilled at their job. They also removed the big pieces and chipped up the rest. To top it off, they raked and then blew the sawdust from the driveway, so it looks like nothing ever happened! Super impressed!! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you guys! Very affordable as well, $400 for a lot of people and effort!

We had nothing short of an awesome experience with Chinchilla. Their quote was very reasonably priced and we were so grateful that they were able to squeeze us in their schedule within a week of having them out to assess the property! We are located in Portland with a small lot and difficult access but they tackled it all no problem by climbing rather than using a lift. They removed three trees and trimmed 3 more in less than 3 hours! They were communicative and flexible with last minute requested changes to the work from our neighbor. At the end of the day, they cleaned up thoroughly, raked our yard and left us a tidy pile of wood chips to be used in our garden. They came back within a week to grind a stump. We would definitely recommend them!

This is the 2nd time we've hired Chinchilla Tree Services, they are the best around. Endy is a true professional - returns calls promptly, provides estimates quickly, and has very reasonable rates, overall a great organization to work with. He and his crew are top-notch, professional, polite, and super accurate taking down trees without causing damage. These guys work hard!!! Would highly recommend 1000%.

Absolutely incredible crew. I can't recommend Endy's team enough! Carlos, the crew leader, was so professional and had everything under control on-site. In less than >>FOUR<< hours, they took down 14 mature maples, several of which were under power lines and close to building structures and young, fragile plants. They are the real deal. They also have fun while they work, which is a joy to be around.

Top notch crew. They did incredible work. This was a tough job working around several sensitive areas. They felled the trees like surgeons. I really appreciated their professionalism. The supervision was excellent. And you could hear that they were constantly communicating and discussing their moves.

I had several quotes from folks who were concerned about the work and were quite pricey. Chinchilla was very reasonable, and justifiably confident. I would hire them again just to watch them work.

Very professional, very skilled at what they do, and what you get for the price is better than other companies. I have used them three times (cutting large trees down, trimming, etc) and have been satisfied every time, likewise for the people I have referred them to. They are so friendly as well, lots of smiles and hard work. Can't recommend them enough.

Josh is the absolute best. He’s been coming to service our 20 year old oil boiler for several years now and it’s running great— I won’t call anyone else. He’s honest and super reliable and always gets back to me within an hour.

I had an amazing experience with Josh and Maine Heating & Cooling. I had an older oil boiler system that we replaced with a new boiler and propane fuel. Not only did they install a great and energy efficient new system but also removed my oil tank and help get the propane tanks and hook up. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a heating or cooling system!

I had my Bosch boiler serviced by Josh. He really knows about heating systems and explained the repairs clearly. I’m glad I found someone I can trust to keep our boiler running properly before problems arise.

When my furnace malfunctioned, technicians from three different companies tried, but were unable to identify the problem.This was frustrating and costly. Finally a friend recommended Josh of Maine Heating and Cooling. He not only was very knowledgable, efficient and patient, but he solved the problem. I highly recommend him.

Luckily found Josh 5 years ago. He has been the best! Recently, I awoke to no heat and Josh responded promptly and had his new hire, Nick attend to it. Great addition - Nick was easy to work with and happily fixed things quickly.

The plumber Bryce was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. He was very thorough with his customer service. I could tell he really loves what he does.

We've had them out a few times now. They have arrived when stated (or called very early in the day to let us know they were going to be late). They have been polite and knowledgeable. We've been very pleased and will call them again next time we need a plumber.

Great customer service across the board. From the second I called in expectations/process were clearly laid out. They had an opening that afternoon. The guys assessed the situation, walked me through worst case/best case and gave quotes for both. Also did a quick walk around. Shower was fixed and running better than when I bought the house.

First of all, I didn’t call you on Friday to come to my home. I was scheduled for Monday to reconnect my sink but because of the pending storm and you had a plumber available you called me come immediately. I asked for an itemized invoice to see why you would charge almost $500 for an hours work and was told it was a fixed price. You reduced it to $450 when your plumber called your office about my concern with the high price. The plumbers did a good job but your pricing for the work equates to over $300 labor rate. I should have refused the quote as it wasn’t an emergency but just wanted to get it done. Lesson learned about getting quotes from others before scheduling work. Your response to negative reviews could be better.

After reading customer testimonials regarding “reasonable pricing”, I contacted 207 Plumbing & Heating to disconnect and reconnect a sink while we had new cabinets installed. I was charged $285 to cut the piping and cover the drain. When they came back to reconnect install drain piping and solder two water lines for a temporary sink, they wanted $495. I couldn’t believe the price for an hours work and complained. They came down to $450. I would not recommend this company. Shop around!

These folks are great! Mike roughed in a 3 bedroom home for us, the work was very well done. They wrapped on time and charged a fair price without any funny business. We’ll catch you on the next one!
