Constraction reviews in Winterport, Maine

Restorations Unlimited repaired sections of our roof that were damaged over the previous winter. This was by far my best experience with home repairs since we moved to Maine twelve years ago. The company executed the work within a week of my first contact and the crew were complete professionals. I have high confidence in their repair. Working with Scott for the estimate was a real pleasure. He really helps you understand the work to be done. I have the company on speed dial waiting for the next storm event.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Restorations Unlimited on a few projects. The team is very professional and they do quality work. Their communication is exceptional and you can count on them to meet deadlines and timeline commitments. I highly recommend them.

The entire organization at Restorations Unlimited was excellent. They were highly professional, completed a major job in a very quick time frame, and gave a very reasonable quote. My wife and I will happily call Larry again when we need work done.

When my basement flooded, choosing Restorations Unlimited to handle every detail was the best decision for such a huge project. Their team provided me with many options and price points that were in MY budget. Their patience was top notch no matter how indecisive I was. Every person I interacted with from the owner to the crew on site were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. 5/5 would only recommend this company for all of my home repairs or projects!

Restorations Unlimited did my roof a little while back and it's held up very well. We had one communication mishap with the man doing the roof, but I talked to Larry and everything was resolved quickly.

Lost 40 to 50 shingles during the storm and needed my roof replaced in a hurry before winter. Talked to them Tuesday and the roof was done by the end Friday. Scott spent plenty of time explaining how they do things and gave a few options on repairing it or replacing. Went with replacing and it looks great. Thank you!

Heard good things about the company, so figured I would give them a try. I needed my roof repaired after a wind storm. Larry quoted me a very fair price. From demo to complete was three days, including clean up!The guys did an awesome job.

Restorations Unlimited of Maine did an absolutely outstanding job at our home in Bar Harbor. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were second to none. They were responsive, punctual, and kept us informed every step of the way throughout the project.

The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail was obvious in every aspect of the job, and they treated our home with care and respect as if it were their own. It’s hard to find contractors who combine skill, integrity, and reliability the way this team does.

If you’re looking for a company that truly takes pride in their work and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Restorations Unlimited of Maine. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
