Marble Contractor reviews across the US

Dustin is not a licensed contractor. He is required to charge less than 1,000 for any job he does (handyman exemption) As an unlicensed contractor, If you don't like the results, you will get screwed by him, just like we did. He is not capable/competent to do anything other than cleaning/refinishing stone flooring/counters. We used him once a few years back with great results, then this past year he screwed us out of $3075.00 for reflooring our shower, which is now worse than before he worked on it. I learned a great lesson from all this: NEVER hire an unlicensed contractor. We gave him the opportunity to resolve the issue, and he blew us off. I would not recommend him.

Friendly staff very knowledgeable. Made recommendations / suggestions on re-grouting and polishing travertine.

WOW! We used JCS to have our tile and carpet cleaned, and I was amazed at the quality that they provided. They were very professional and respectful of our home and I still cant get over how clean our floors are, They look like new all over again!!!

I used All Stone Pro for my granite countertop. Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a fantastic job. Janelle is top notch in customer service, she always answered questions telephonically or via email in a speedy manner.

Dustin is the best!!! I've used him 3 times for two of our homes and he always does an amazing job! He's reliable, fair and trustworthy. I won't use anyone else for our carpets or tile!

I had a difficult time finding a company who would apply a lithichrome paint to the engraving on my mother's marker. The letters were barely readable prior to the application of the paint. I found Dustin at All Stone Pro and he was so professional, reliable and did an outstanding job with painting the marker and applying a granite sealer. He was reasonably priced too.

Moved into a new house. Wanted my carpets and tile cleaned prior to movers and all my possessions arriving. Called Dustin at JCSC and he was here the next day. Tile flooring really popped when cleaned, same as the carpeting. He did a wonderful job. Personable and professional, Dustin understands his customers and takes pride in his work. He has my business going forward.

Dustin did a fantastic job cleaning our travertine tile and spent extra time showing me how to take care of the travertine to help it last for years to come. I've already referred to all my friends in my walking group.

Great Service!!!

Very nice work done by this company. Reasonable price and would recommend other as well to go for the same.

Everything thing from their customer service is just perfect...am impressed

My backyard concrete is quite old and needed concrete resurfacing. It had become very hard for me to keep up with concrete maintenance with both my new job and puppy. I am so happy with the concrete resurfacing Specialized Surfaces provided! I also asked on the job, for a concrete floor cleaner service and they were so nice about it and charged me fairly! Thank you Specialized Surfaces.

We had heard about these guys and was recommended by our family. We had them come in answering give us a quote on hardwood installation and marble cleaning and restoration. Wow, they were clean and professional from quote to finish did a terrific job. I am so glad that we had them come in and install our hardwood floors! We had other quotes for the same the other companies did not give me a good feeling. Also our marble floors came out beautifully polished! I am so glad we went with this Orange County flooring company!

Excellent work and service provided. Timely job completed. Recommended

Concrete Flooring Specialist came out to inspect for an estimate. Over a week went by and I called to get my estimate. I was told they would contact the guy and get back to me about my project. They never did get back to me. Waisted 2 weeks waiting for someone to give me information that never came.

I am very happy with the service, it was impeccable, the work was excellent

My travertine tile had been so dirty for so long due to my big family and puppies. I was really scared that no type of cleaning service could bring them back to its original travertine tile luster. Luckily, with Specialized Surfaces travertine tile cleaning I was (surprisingly!) able to get that brand new look again that I love! It’s made my home in Newport Beach look so much better, thank you Specialized Surfaces!

I am SO happy with Specialized Surfaces. It is hard for me to find marble services worth the price and that do an excellent job. My marble floors had tons of scratches from my wild family and it was becoming super frustrating to not be able to have any type of marble floor maintenance. The marble restoration Specialized Surfaces did looked amazing after they were done. On top of that they also provided a high gloss finishing AND a marble cleaner and sealer. Thank you Specialized Surfaces!

I had initially called them in for a concrete floor cleaning job in our warehouse. It was a simple project and they did everything right... from their professionalism in setup to finishing up the cleaning and making sure everything was nice and neat when they left. After the job, they told us that they also provided other services including marble polishing or marble floor restoration services. Since we had such a good experience at our warehouse, we decided to have them come and take care of our marble maintenance at our home... It was really the best marble floor polishing services we've had done by a contractor company. If you are looking for a company to provide cleaning marble shower services... or anything related to marble, don't look anywhere else.

Hiring a builder is scary, but these guys were honest and transparent. The quality of the build is amazing, and the price didn't change halfway through. What a relief

Their work is exceptional. They made fantastic use of materials, and the end result is both sturdy and visually striking. We couldn't be more thrilled with our renovation!
