Dan was great, friendly and punctual. He removed our old tankless hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. Very happy with the service.

UPDATE 2022: Another great experience with PlumbCrazy. Benny was out to fix our garbage disposal and a widespread sink handle that got turned out of whack. Always a fantastic experience--to the point, knowledgeable, friendly. Highly recommend.

UPDATE 2019: Had the opportunity to work with Benny, another technician, and Steve, the Supervisor, on a followup, and both individuals were helpful and courteous. Would definitely use Bogan's PlumbCrazy again. Positive experience.

Chris from PlumbCrazy was everything you’d hope for in a plumbing technician when your getting water in your basement and you don’t know why. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a quote that was fair and affordable. He didn’t try to up-sell me or overwhelm me with estimates for other projects that weren’t a priority (which a previous technician from another company did). He wrote me out a quote and scheduled a time to be at my house the NEXT day. He called me 30 minutes before his arrival on the day of the repair, and he had everything he needed to complete the job in a quick and efficient manner so that I could get back to my job on time. Chris had good advice about next steps for preventing further leaks in my basement, and he also showed me how to winterize our hose bib for the future. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Plumbcrazy to friends and family. I’m happy with the work that was completed and I’m confident it will help solve our basement moisture issues. Chris covered the area before he began working and he cleaned up on his way out. He left so quickly and professionally I couldn’t even give him a tip as a token of our gratitude (although his work was worthy of one).

Perry was very methodical in his search for the leak. He told me what he was doing at each step of the investigation. He found the pin hole leak in the supply line to the second floor bathrooms and was able to fix the leak with only cutting a small hole in the living room ceiling. This will be easily patched. The charge was very resonable. No more drips!

We have found a new favorite plumber in Balto. Co ! We have 5 rental properties and it has been so hard to find a plumber that is transparent, fair and skilled. PlumbCrazy answered the phone when I called, quoted me hourly rates and scheduled my service quickly. The Plumber, JD, communicated well, arrived on time, was very collaborative, worked quickly and delivered excellent work and excellent results. I am relieve to know that next time a tenant has plumbing needs, we have a partner that can deliver. Thanks JD !!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. PlumbCrazy came out to fix a leaking garbage disposal for us - at their recommendation, we also paid for them to reconfigure the pipes under the sink as they said the current configuration was not ideal and could cause issues.

Since that visit, our sink has clogged no less than a dozen times but luckily we were able to unclog ourselves - until today. We just had another plumber come fix and he explained why we've been having our issues. There was no vent pipe installed and therefore our sink is consistently being air starved and the drainage backing up. We had no issues prior to PlumbCrazy 'fixing' our pipe configuration and now multiple issues and multiple plumbers tell us that the job PlumbCrazy did was terrible.

I had a problem with my sump pump and called needing immediate service. Gary called and let me know he would be there early! He gave me a couple of options and answered all of my questions to help me get to the right solution. The service was done well, he explained everything to me, and was very clean. I will definitely call again if I need a plumber.

First off, GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO CHRIS!!!!!! I can't thank him enough, my husband called at 5 am he said he would be out in an hour, he was there before 6 am. Chris did an excellent job repairing our shower that did not work for 2 days. On top of the shower he also stopped our toilet from running constantly. Our Plumber Gary was courteous, pleasant, and honest. The staff at their office is so lovely as well. I am so happy with the work and explanation of what he did was fantastic. We are moving to retire and Plumb Crazy will have 100% of all our upgrades prior to selling plus anything in the meantime. It’s hard to find someone nice and knowledgeable and we will never go elsewhere. I’ll be letting our large family, Next Door App, FB and other apps. They also hire Veterans which is extremely important to this Navy Family. So those at the Proving Grounds please call them. They took 14 minutes to get here ! I’m beyond pleased and Thank You Plumb Crazy

Although I rent a house in Bel Air and the owner pays some of the maintenance bills, I was fortunate the Property Manager contacted PlumbCrazy, who sent Benny to fix some ongoing problems with a running toilet and drainage problems in a bathtub. He went above and beyond what I had requested by replacing the toilet handle, inner lever and flapper. He also snaked both the shower and bathtub drains since Draino hadn't worked, then replaced the tub spout because I had trouble pulling the shower head lever on. When I mentioned I had no clue if the sump pump worked (I moved here after 50 years in Florida, and we don't have basements), he went down to check it out and said it's working. He was even nice enough to bring an Amazon package on the front porch inside. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. I hope I won't need a plumber any time soon, but I would be happy to have him back if so!

First time client here and won't be my last. My experience with this company was great. From my initial phone call discussing my issue with I believe his name was Steve to the plumber Perry coming to my house for the concern area . Perry was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! If we ever need work done Perry and Plumbcrazy will be who we call! Thank you for fixing our issue on the same day but as well as making our experience easy. I would refer this company to family and friends! A good company with good workers who do not try to get over on you with sales and reasonable pricing. You cant beat that!

Reached out to PlumbCrazy regarding a clogged toilet/slow drain. Scheduled an appointment for basically the next day. Gary called to let us know he was close to arriving, and showed up right when we had expected him during our service window. He reviewed the issue and provided multiple options ranging from cost effective, to full replacement - which allowed my wife and I to decide the best next step. He was able to resolve our immediate problem but also identified multiple other factors that could be causing the poor performance. Very happy with the feedback and outcome they provided.
