I had a fantastic experience with Alfredo Calderas! I needed a couple of windows repaired, specifically the locks, and he was an absolute lifesaver. He was punctual, arriving exactly at the promised time of 6:30 p.m., which I really appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and clearly skilled in his work. He quickly and efficiently fixed the window locks, and they're now working perfectly. I highly recommend Alfredo for any window repair needs. He's reliable, does excellent work, and is a pleasure to deal with. Five stars! 👍😀

I was looking to have new closet doors installed in my apartment, but since the frame was so tall it was hard to find custom ones. I contacted Calderas Construction and they helped me find custom doors and they installed them. It came out better than I ever could have imagined. This has been something I have been wanting to do for years so I'm very grateful that they were able to do this for me.

Great customer service and phenomenal work. They did my walkway and driveway, both look great.

They first seem interested when you are new but once you tell them what you want done such as needing assistance with planning they disregard and leave you without a response on the cost of the construction. They are unreliable and have terrible customer service I would not recommend.

My dreams of having a perfect grill come true!! So professional, so accurate and very detailed work. Plus you get a free estimate which is great! I will continue calling them for services, 100% recommend!!

We worked with Raphael and his team on a bluestone pavers patio for or backyard. The work was done well and completed in a timely fashion.The communication throughout the project was also great. We look forward to working with Raphael on other projects in the near future.

This review is long overdue. Gutierrez Construction completed stone masonry work on my front and back patio and they both look great! They were very accommodating and affordable. The also repaired my steps with new iron railings to truly enhance my backyard. Now if only I can grow some grass and find some nice patio furniture to complement it.

Gutierrez Construction built a fence for my home. It provided excellent work. The team completed the work in a timely fashion despite rain, which made.me happy. The carpentry work and attention to detail was impressive. I'm a very picky person and i had nothing to say when the job was implemented. They even went so garbage as to reseed my lawn in the areas worked. Great work!!!!!

We recently had a patio installed. They always showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and worked very quickly while producing high quality results. We love the finished job and they happened to give us the best cost and service as well. Highly recommend using them for any at home project needs you may have inside and out!!

We contacted numerous companies and found Gutierrez construction to be the most honest and professional - they gave me all the pros and cons and really took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable.

When it was time for the job, they were surprisingly quick, efficient and really went the extra mile to get it perfect, even though my backyard had unexpected old tree-stump roots - they handled it without a hiccup. They even added extra finishing touches we had not agreed on, at no extra cost. I felt like they really cared and I’m not just a customer. Something very unique nowadays. Especially considering the quality of labor and competitive prices they offer.

We are very satisfied with our new patio and with the entire experience.

We are very happy with Rafael and his team at Gutierrez construction! We had some older concrete pillars demolished and removed as well as a drain installed in our driveway with a pop up emitter. They took the time to make sure we were happy at every step of the way. Their communication set our minds at ease. The quality of the work was outstanding. The drain looks like it was always there and it works great. They also took the time to make sure the grass was put back and watered. The old concrete was removed very swiftly (these guys work hard) and the area looks clean and professional. We would hire them again and recommend them highly!
