Your lack of professionalism and accountability is utterly appalling. Instead of addressing the damage caused by your negligent cleaning service, you attempt to deflect blame onto us. Your failure to properly communicate and resolve this issue speaks volumes about the incompetence of your company. Despite clear evidence and communication regarding the functioning of the fan, you persist in denying your culpability, opting instead to hide behind falsehoods. We have provided evidence of the damage incurred during your so-called "professional" cleaning, yet you continue to evade responsibility. Your excuses are feeble at best, and your refusal to take ownership of the situation is disgraceful. We will not stand for this level of incompetence and will pursue all necessary actions to rectify the damage caused by your ineptitude.

Excellent service. We were using a different company previously. We didn’t see much difference. After looking them up and checking there reviews I gave them a try. I won’t call no one else ! That’s for sure. Thanks sparkle hood. Great job.

This is the owner of a restaurant in Frederick County. I just want to let other restaurant owners looking for hood cleaners out there to know that there are better hood cleaners out there--by far. Sparkle Hood Cleaning is very unprofessional. It was excuse after excuse and I had to reschedule cleaning twice. They sent someone to give us a quote and by the second time I had to reschedule, the quote had quadrupled from the original. As if that wasn't already enough trouble, they said someone would call me back for the 2nd rescheduling the next day. I could not get a hold of them after that. I used a different number to call, finally got a hold of them, and they didn't seem very willing to do the cleaning--which is fine. I just wish they would have told me 3 weeks ago so I could find someone else. This led to me having to reschedule several other kitchen hood system services all because they dragged it on for weeks. I'm not even sure they understand English that well. They called me several times saying they couldn't find the shopping center's address. Just based on how much trouble we had to go through just to even schedule for cleaning is absurd. I have found a much better, larger company in Virginia and would never recommend this to anyone. I would much rather pay a few hundred more for a more smooth service and better cleaning than save a few hundred dollars and have Sparkle come. Of the 20+ years we have been in business, this had to have been the worst experience with any hood cleaning service.

This is a funny company. They have 2 different prices for same exact restaurants, that are owned by different owners. I called around and most companies charge $450-$475 while this company was trying to charge me $585-$600. Their response to me asking them why they are charging me a much higher price than the other owner while we both own the same exact concept was, “it’s a different situation.” … lol well thankfully there are many different options as well for hood cleaning companies

Great hood cleaning company. A company we used before neglected to clean properly to the point that grease ate away at the roof shingles around the hood. Sparkle Hood Cleaning does a great job on our old system. Getting a hold of them is challenging some times, but the work they do is excellent, pricing is reasonable and they leave the kitchen clean.

My family owns a Mexican and Salvadoran restaurant located in Silver Spring. After calling many companies Sparkles Hood Cleaning was the only company who was quick to respond, they quickly sent out an estimator and gave what I thought was a reasonable price! When they came to do the cleaning they were very professional and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend!

I am utterly disappointed with the services provided by Sparkle Hood Cleaning Company. Their incompetence not only resulted in damage to my oven but also to the hood during a routine cleaning service.
Despite clear instructions not to move the oven, their staff disregarded the protocol, leading to the breakage of the oven gas line. Additionally, they managed to damage the hood during the cleaning process resulted in $5,000 damage.

Attempts to resolve the issue have been met with further frustration as they have been unresponsive to requests for reimbursement or repair. Their negligence has caused significant inconvenience and financial burden.

I strongly advise against using Sparkle Hood Cleaning Company for any cleaning services, as they have demonstrated a lack of competence and accountability.

Avoid this company at all costs. If you love your business and your money!!
