Recently hire Shelly and her Team at Crabtown Cleaning to help with and elderly couple. The Customer service from initial contact to the day of cleaning was 5+ Stars. My clients absolutely loved the service and went above and beyond. We have them on a regular rotation now.

Very impressed with the level of service we recieved from these guys. We were in a tight spot, needing our house cleaned at the last minute before a party and they sqeezed us in with short notice. In the little time they were here they cleaned far beyond my expectations and left us extremely happy.

Due to the level of service we recieved we are strongly considering contracting them to come out once a month moving forward.

I have used this service several times and am now set up on a monthly rotation. Alisha has done a wonderful job. She is hardworking,very professional and not attached to her phone!!
The owners are always available if needed.

I recently had an injury and couldn't keep up with the daily cleaning of my house. I called Crabtown Cleaning and they were able to send a worker out the next day. Debbie arrived early and did an amazing job! She did my dishes, vacuum/mopped my floors, dusted and wiped my counters down. She even carried out my trash and offered to fold my laundry if needed. Their prices are reasonable and Debbie was super friendly. Can't wait for them to come next week.

I can not say enough good things about Crabtown Cleaners! Our first cleaning was a deep cleaning and my house literally sparkled after they left. They cleaned EVERYTHING, including both ovens, refrigerator interior and so much more, they even got rid of a stain that I'd thought was hopeless! Besides performance, they were punctual and so amicable. They chatted with my little one about Frozen and she was even excited to see them at our next cleaning a month later. It is a big deal to have people you can trust inside your home and they exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a local cleaning service, Crabtown Cleaning is it!

Crabtown Cleaning has been great. It is very easy to get in touch with them to adjust any scheduling issues. They have been very flexible and accommodating to our ever changing schedule. The crew always arrives on time and works efficiently to clean the house. They have been able to clean some of my hard to clean spots around the house. They are always professional and friendly! The cleaning services have been well worth it as I can spend more time with my family.

I can’t say enough about this cleaning service and what they did for my very ill friend. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them for your home cleaning needs. They go above and beyond.

I’ll start by saying how sad I am to write this. I wanted to love this company as others have. It started with an online inquiry where I got no response over a decent amount of time. I reached back out to them again, giving them a second chance, and I got a call back after that. I was told I was on the list to be called back as she was out of the office. Totally fair! I requested a Saturday specifically for a party I was having on Sunday, my son’s 1st birthday. On the Friday before, 2 random cars pulled up in front of my home and they started to unpack cleaning equipment. It dawned on me that it was crabtown cleaning. I politely asked to 2 very lovely women that came how come they were here today. After explaining to them everything, the on women said she didn’t mind coming back Saturday but they only usually did Airbnb cleanings and offices on weekends. They promptly put me on the phone with my manager. The manager told me they don’t clean on weekends and that I booked Friday. After some not so polite conversation, I was told they were busy in the afternoon and could not clean unless it was right then. I informed her if I was charged for this I would be disputing it through my bank. I was working and taking care of my son at the time with a person coming to fix my fence an hour later and the dog would also have to remain inside. Bantering went back and forth with the manager and I was basically told I was in violation of their cancellation policy and would be charge for the service. I gave her again the opportunity to make this right and come back in the afternoon to which I was again told it was not possible. I told the sweet ladies to go get breakfast and coffee and how sorry I was to waste their time. If I would have had cash I would have given it to them to buy breakfast. They were so very sweet. Approximately 5 mins after walking back into my home, my phone rang from the same manager saying they called some regular clients and were able to move things around to clean for me in the afternoon. I informed her that I would not wish to receive any further services from the company due to the very poor customer service relations with here I had been through. She was quick to say Ok and hang up the phone. Later that evening I was charge a full $$ for a regular cleaning. Their cancellation policy is half the price of cleaning service but since mine was a first time cleaning the price was essentially double. Almost a month later the credit card dispute has been settled and I received my $190 back. I would have loved to use their service but due to very poor customer service, I will never consider them again. Thanks Jessica

Crabtown cleaners are always so kind, courteous and communicative! I book them for a deep clean about once a month for bathrooms and certain floors and they knock it out with a smile & on time!
