I called for a spring cleanup and Mr. Rivera gave a quote and showed up the next day to do the job. The yard looks amazing and I am so happy he was able to bring my yard back to life. I highly recommend his services!

I work for a paving company out of Richmond, and I contracted Rivera Landscaping to do a little clean up work for us. They arrived the next day with man power & equipment ready to work, and work they did!

Horrible communication. Seems to be unfamiliar with the concept of planning/using a calendar. Constantly chasing him to service. Not anymore. You can do better - steer clear. Not professional.

They outlined, and layed down a weed proof material, then filled in with 3 inches or more of stone under our deck. It’s very pleasing to look at and will prevent soil erosion into the yard.

After my review, Byron contacted me and told me that he sent the estimate. At the end we figured out that the problem was that he misspelled our email, that’s why we never got the estimate. He apologize for not following up.
Overall they are great, easy to talk and honestly family owned business.

Byron and his team were great to work with planning and implementing the transformation of our front yard after reconstruction of our house had pretty much destroyed any curb appeal we may have had prior to construction. Paver walkway, planter bed wall and stone edging look fantastic.

Had a brand new patio put in this spring and couldn't be happier with it. Cape was extremely responsive and worked with us creating and editing the design. Even during the installation if something needed to be tweaked in order for it to be functional they would stop and ask us our input.

He provided us all the necessary information and options, and was flexible with our suggestions. Work began on time and adhered to the original timeline we agreed. Cape Landscape did a great job building me a new stone patio and fire pit. Byron worked closely with me, answered all of my questions, and ultimately built the perfect space. The price was great — I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about these guys! It is a true family-owned business and they treat you like one of the family. They came for a same day estimate and started the work three days later. They came, got started and worked hard till the job was done. My patio looks great and they even added some of my extra stone to make a decorative wall around the edge, as well as provided gravel for a diy project. I felt like I had extended family when they left! I just called them back to have more landscaping work done.
Bottom line - If you want professional work, trustworthy people and very fair pricing, this the company to go with!

We had Byron and his crew install a paver patio. From the proposal through the installation Byron was extremely professional and the work was done on schedule. We are extremely pleased with the work and highly recommend his services.

I would give more than five stars if possible. I can't say enough about the quality of job Cape Landscape Contractors LLC. When I first started looking for quotes, Byron was one of the first to contact me and set up an appointment. He came out and explained the options available to me and just told me to let him know what I decide and he will provide a quote. Once I decided and had the other three companies provide a quote for the same project, I only felt comfortable with the explanation/quality of Cape Landscape Contractors LLC and one other, which I didn't get a great feeling from regarding professionalism. I chose Cape Landscape Contractors due to the professionalism and the price. Although they weren't the cheapest, they were only more expensive by about $200. The other two companies were at least $2,500 more expensive.

Once I let Byron know I wanted to use them, he provided the final contract and I provided the deposit and they would begin the project in about two weeks. Byron contacted me to let me know what time he would arrive and that it would probably take 3 days to complete. He actually showed up early on the first day, which was great! Usually when a company provides a window of arrival they show up toward the later end. Not Byron's crew. They actually showed up about two hours early and were ready to get going. It was a crew of about five other guys plus Byron and they worked nonstop, except about a 30 minute lunch break, until around 4:00 or 5:00. They showed up the next day around 11:00 and finished the job around 3:00 or 4:00. They cut a three day job into a day and a half. All because of the hard work and professionalism of the team. The retaining wall they put in looks amazing!!

If you are looking for a company that will work hard, be professional, stay in contact, and provide you with an extremely competitive price, this is the company you should choose without even thinking twice. I could go on and on about how great this company is. If I have a job that needs to be done and it is within their realm of expertise, I won't even bother getting other quotes; I will call Byron without hesitation!! Again, GREAT JOB Cape Landscape Contractors LLC!!!!

10/10 can’t recommend Cape Landscape Contractors enough! Byron and his team graded our yard and installed a beautiful brick paver patio. Byron was responsive, informative, really helpful, and kind. We’ll be using Cape Landscape Contractors again!
