First time using cleaning service of any kind. The interior of my house needed a complete scrubbing, walls, windows, sills, blinds, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, stairwells, etc. Two ladies worked 4 and a half hours. The cost was worth it. I tipped them as well. My home is much better off now. I will continue to use this Cleaning Service.

Poor communication-only through text and tried to change date & time of cleaning the day before, three times, even though when booked I stated I could only do the date and time requested. After cleaning was completed I found extra cabinet knobs, touch up paint & the permit for the downstairs apartment in the trash. Finally, after paying the full amount for the service requested on September 1, I received another request for payment on September 16. Checked my records and the full amount was pulled from my bank account on September 2.

So so impressed with these girls! They did an amazing job and did it all in an hour! They have great communication and kept in touch with updates the entire time! Thank you ladies and I will be sure to use you again!

Lea’s did an amazing job. Starting with an almost instant response to my request for service, they have exceeded all expectations. Scheduling was easy and they accommodated my schedule. The ladies showed up and got straight to work. This was a deep cleaning and they scrubbed my kitchen including the oven, the bathrooms are shining and every room looks amazing. The products they use leave the house smelling so clean. So friendly as well.

The best cleaning company. Very prompt and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning our house before and after party. Will definitely hire again. They are my go to cleaning company and have been recommending them to family and friends.

Lea’s Cleaning Co. is absolutely amazing! They came to our rental in Lusby in January for a move-out special cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We had lived there for about 4 years and it looked better than how we moved in! The house needed a deep clean, and they delivered beyond expectations! Not only did they accommodate us on short notice, but they also arrived early and got right to work. Every corner of the house was spotless by the time they finished. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency truly set them apart. This was hands down the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I have a 5 bed, 3 bath, 2,500 sq. ft. home, and they were “done” in an hour — that alone should tell you everything. They tried to charge me $450 for work I wouldn’t even call service. They didn’t mop upstairs, pushed anything on the floor into corners, and left counters unwiped. Honestly, I couldn’t even tell you what they did. I could have told my kids to clean for five minutes and it would’ve looked better. You couldn’t pay me to have them back. Please, don’t waste your money.

It was obvious how much they value detail - in the three days since they’ve cleaned my house, I’ve not noticed a single thing or space that wasn’t given attention. I had a very positive experience with Lea's Cleaning Company. I was looking for someone who could help with a move-in clean in my new home, and also a move-out clean on my previous home. Lea's Cleaning Company was perfect. They had clear communication and flexible scheduling, clear cost estimates, and made the moving process so much easier by knowing my spaces were in good hands. They did great work, and it was so wonderful to walk in to a new clean home. Highly recommended!

I book this service 3 weeks in advance. I confirmed with the owner a day before the service was needed, the following day the 15 minutes after the time after they were supposed to be there, no one showed and no one called. So, I called and spoke to the owner again, and she told that they were still in DC finishing another job and they don’t think they are going to make it.

Please tell how do you do that? You didn’t even call. I had to call to find out after you didn’t show up. Who does that? If you knew you were going to be late, you should have picked up the phone and call the customer and let them know ahead of time because if you were in DC and had an appointment in Waldorf, MD then there was no way you were going to make that appointment.

This was horrible because by then it was too late for me to even hire someone else. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Lea's Cleaning Company was very easy to schedule with, gave an accurate estimate, communicated well throughout the process, were timely, and did a very thorough job. Would absolutely use them again.

Don’t waste your time booking with this company for a cleaning. The first time I scheduled, I was told the morning of they can’t come because the cleaners had an accident. I sympathized as I understand things happen. I wished them well and we agreed to rescheduling to the following Saturday at the same time. Fast forward, the night before the scheduled appointment, I was told they can’t come AGAIN at the time that was already scheduled due to route challenges. I told her why is she waiting until the night before to tell me again they can’t come at the scheduled time. No reasonable answer was provided. This was very unprofessional and they are not reliable.

This was my second time hiring Lea’s Cleaning Company for a deep clean of my apartment, and they did an amazing job! They always do a way better job than I do cleaning my appliances - including my air fryer. Will 100% be hiring again!

I made an appointment with Lea Cleaning company , they arrived a bit early which I was okay with. The two ladies entered and started cleaning.
Let’s fast forward the job was less than complete, they rushed thru everything. They failed to clean so many area of the house dirt on the toilet, they did not sweep, dust on the table , smudges on the mirrors they failed to clean. And mind you I was quoted $450.00 for deep cleaning, there was nothing deep about this cleanings . I spoke to the manager about the lack of effort on his employee behalf to clean appropriately. He stated I can take $100.00 off the job, but the job they did was still not worth $350.00.
I will finish by saying I do not recommend this cleaning company spend your hard earned money some where else.

SITUATION: Had this company for about 2 years at a residence in Annapolis and tried to have them clean a Baltimore residence for two months for regular cleaning services, at $150 per residence.

PROS: Staff is friendly and are thorough and efficient at cleaning.

CONS: Some logistical issues over the past several months with last-minute rescheduling / cancellations.
