The ladies who came to deep clean our home did an exceptional job. Living and working at home with two children and a puppy has left our home a mess even with weekly cleaning (by us- not professionals). The house was so clean when we arrived home after the cleaning that I couldn’t believe it. There was only a faint cleaning smell (which was a worry!) that dissipated quickly. I am so enjoying having such a clean home. Thank you, You’ve Got Maids!

We use You’ve Got Maids every two weeks at our home. With a baby and a toddler, it’s impossible for me to keep up with the trail they leave. The ladies are on time, quick, and never leave a spot untouched. You know everything was dusted, mopped or vacuumed and not just cleaned around the edges because items are always moved around (in a good way!) they even take the time to fold stray laundry and organize the stuffed animals in my daughters room, she always loves to see how the ladies moved them around! The quality of the service is unbeatable. As a busy mom, I couldn’t appreciate them more!

I called for a one-time house cleaning for my daughter's house in Annapolis as a gift to her. You've Got Maids of Annapolis did a marvelous job of cleaning. Also, when the team of ladies arrived, I told them about a missing wedding band of my mother's that my daughter has been wearing. They found it for her and she could not be happier about her clean house and the return of her grandmother's wedding band ~ honesty and integrity are so important! We used YGMA on 12/16/20 for a move-in cleaning at our new home. The house was spotless from top to bottom. I was very happy with the attention to detail that the team showed. The time and cost estimate that I had been quoted was accurate as well.

I have also been very happy with Anka’s personal responsiveness to my initial inquiries and during the coordination process for this visit.

We have set up a bi-monthly schedule with YGMA going forwards as we are now moved in to the house. I am looking forward to having a beautifully clean and spotless home every 2 weeks! The time and effort it saves me is 100% worth it.

I am getting ready to list my house for sale and You’ve Got Maids came out to do a deep clean before showings. They did an absolutely incredible job throughout the entire house!! They were timely, thorough, and extremely professional.

After noticing that my floors were filthy (I wear socks around my house) because the housekeeping service I was using didn’t bother to actually clean my floors, and noticing the cleaning was average to below average, it was time to search for a new company. After reading many reviews of different cleaning services, I decided to try You’ve Got Maids. Again, I’ve had decent cleaning, but this, in my opinion, is by far the best cleaning service of them all!!! I am so elated and happy with my clean house—and I mean CLEAN BABY!!!
My floors? I could eat off them. My bathrooms were sparkling—they get all around the fixtures, etc. My kitchen? Hallelujah!!! I have double wall ovens, they were cleaned inside and out..almost look new. My ceiling fan- Dusted! And my large dining room chandelier is sparkling. All of the windows, glass, mirrors, you name it-cleaned! I saw no dust anywhere. Even inside my refrigerator was cleaned. They even washed the few dishes I had in the sink! The other company don’t do dishes. Anka, the owner, was very thorough with the intake information and there was no miscommunication. Just an awesome cleaning service that I intend to use regularly. Thank you to Anka and her team! It is not the cheapest, but you get quality when you pay for quality. Highly recommend You’ve Got Maids!

You've Got Maids of Annapolis works together with an organization called Cleaning for a Reason. They provide house cleaning services for cancer patients who are unable to keep up with their cleaning. I had surgery and started weekly chemotherapy. The chemo has been brutal on my body, causing anemia, kidney, and liver issues resulting in being tired and nauseous. Keeping up with regular tasks has been overwhelming. Anka has been wonderful in reaching out and scheduling the cleanings, and the lovely ladies who come do an excellent job and also cheer me with their smiles. They made my overwhelming unkept messy home clean and comfortable for me. They have made a difference in my life during this difficult time and I am very grateful. I give them 10 stars!

Fantastic company, amazing owner who takes a personal interest in your satisfaction, and amazing value for the price. When I called them I expected the usual 'by the book' response and result, and I was deeply surprised at the level of commitment and standards they brought to their cleaning. The house sparkled when they left and every detail was looked after. They are worlds apart from normal cleaning companies. Also, my communication with the owner was exceptionally easy. I can't recommend YGM Annapolis highly enough!

The communication from Anka at the quote stage gave me a lot of confidence that her team would provide a thorough move-in clean at our new home in Shady Side. And they did! The team, led by Angela, was extremely detailed and communicated at the beginning of and during the service where they had concerns and where they would focus more attention. Angela even provided some tips on caring for our wood floors and which products would work best upstairs and downstairs. They were mindful of the length of time and sticking close to the budget we agreed on at the scheduling of the service. These folks are pleasant, professional and thorough. They are not cheap - and the result shows that they are a high end provider. I feel confident in moving stuff into my new home knowing it is really clean!

I have been using You've Got Maids for over a year now and I can say that it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Their value has been especially apparent during the pandemic, as they have been very flexible with scheduling around our work/school from home timelines. The maids cleaned my house after a busy week hosting out of town guests. The place really needed a deep cleaning and they did a thorough job…Cleaned the blinds, vacuumed staircases, even cleaned the fridge! I had a great experience with You've Got Maids from start to finish. Very shortly after I requested a quote, the owner, Anka, got in touch with me. She was friendly and thorough in her explanation of the different cleaning service options. The day of the service, the cleaners arrived a bit early and were very polite and efficient. Most importantly though, they did an AMAZING job! In particular the kitchen and bathrooms (trickiest spaces to keep clean) were absolutely spotless. I would absolutely recommend You've Got Maids for excellent customer service and high quality cleaning.

I was renting a home for five years. I bought a home and wanted to move out of my rental leaving it for the next person in good condition. I was blown away at the quality of work that this company did. My house couldn’t have been cleaner. The ladies were on time. It was expensive but worth every penny. My mother used to say “you get what you pay for“. I got what I paid for. I highly recommend this company. The owner was completely responsive to every email. She clearly takes pride in her company and she deserves this excellent recommendation.
