Ambient installed the exact unit I requested and did an excellent job!

My husband and I returned home from vacation last night to find our AC was broken. We called Ambient Cooling & Heating that evening and they were able to come to our house this morning at 8:00 AM and had our AC back up and running in less than an hour. Truly amazing service! Highly recommend.

Eddie and Lonnie were very professional!! They came out and fixed my A/C in no time . Made a phone call to report the A/C not working and they came out quickly. Great Job!! Highly recommend!!

Tim was very professoral. I am however disappointed that my heater that is less than a year and a half old needed service.

They do semi-annual service on our geothermal HVAC system. They are professional, knowledgeable and thorough when inspecting our system. We are very pleased with their service.

Call Bryan and you’ll never want to call anyone else. He is the most knowledgeable and competent HVAC professional I’ve ever run across. He has excellent diagnostic skills, always correctly identifying the problem.

He is particularly expert with geothermal systems, and I will never call anyone else. He is also always willing to explain his findings and what needs to be done. You will absolutely not be disappointed if you need an HVAC Ace!

As always, I received top notch service from Ambient Cooling and Heating. My boiler had a problem I couldn't even explain when I called for service. The person on the other end understood I had a problem that I didn't have the vocabulary for, and simply said, " I'll send someone to check it out."

Within 1 hour, Eddie arrived, diagnosed the problem, and provided alternatives. Even with having to leave and purchase a replacement part, my boiler was repaired within 3 hours of my initial phone call. Eddie was pleasant, professional and efficient. He was particularly adept at explaining the problem.
