The workers arrived and were very professional. Immediately went to work on fixing our heat and answered all of our questions. Definitely will call again to service our system so we are not caught off guard again.

Tony was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and waked us though our system.

We had our shower drain snaked. It was completely clogged and I tried to fix it on my own. I was not successful. Jake was able to completely clear the clog in no time. He’s a super nice guy, as well!

We were in an uncomfortable spot when our AC went down over the weekend in the middle of the summer heat.

When I called to schedule the service the representative was polite and very helpful. She booked the next open appointment which was only a day out!

Austin our tech was on time, polite and very professional. He took the extra time to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue completely resulting in a fix that was affordable and got us back up and running!

We are very grateful and will be loyal customers.

Easy to schedule, Jake arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. Jake was extremely polite and respectful of our home, he wore covers over his shoes while working. He fixed our faucet, cleaned up and left the bathroom spotless. Thank you Barstow & Sons for a job well done at a very affordable price. We will definitely use Barstow again!

I felt Cameron Rodriguez did his job in a professional manner. He was thorough, and explained things to me while doing my fall maintenance review.

I had a Carrier heat pump installed. They did an excellent job! They offered a competitive quote and gave me several options/price points to choose from. They also handled the rebates and warranty registration. They were on time for the quote and on the day of install they even showed up just a few minutes early. The owner came as well to make sure everything was set for the crew, they had amble crew to make sure install was quick and efficient, and the techs all seemed to really know what they were doing. They did a clean and professional job and stayed to answer any questions I had about the system. I am very happy I went with them. I wanted to write this review because I’ve had iffy service from trades in the past from big companies to small, so I really appreciate the quality of work they did.

Barstow & Sons replaced my 20 year old system yesterday with a new heat pump. The crew arrived by 8 am and got right to work. By midafternoon, they had finished, cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to operate the system. Tonight, we are sitting in wonderful, quiet warmth. Thank you for a job well done.

Ethan did a great job. He had to come out twice to get to the root of our no heat problem, but he persevered and finally found and fixed the issue.

Caleb was very thorough and knowledgeable and took his time to cover all of my concerns.

Nate did a great job. He came out the same day I called and fixed 2 A/C units right before a long holiday weekend. What a relief to get out of the heat! He was courteous and let me know all the options. Thanks!

Robert Carey, HVAC Technician, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and kind. He showed me and/or explained everything he was doing. I hope to get him again in six months.

Jake came as scheduled and presented himself extremely professional and yet easy to talk to and excellent at explaining options to this old lady. I wouldn't hesitate to use Barstow again due to his outstanding service.

Very frustrated by the new ownership. Just got our fall service in mid-January.

Technician recommended several actions that, IMO, should have been part of the service we already paid for.

Tech also left our upstairs unit in emergency heat mode set at 76 degrees. We keep our bedrooms at 66 degrees. Wasteful and inconsiderate.

Will not use Barstow any more. Also note, their shiny new trucks promote that they've been serving Annapolis since 1980. Not this company...don't be deceived.

Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. His thorough explanation of the situation with our unit was helpful in a decision to move forward with replacement options.
