We especially appreciate our visits from Joe; he’s always professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office team is equally great to speak with and makes scheduling effortless. We truly feel taken care of every time. Highly recommend!

I learned a valuable lesson. After calling out ARS to fix my carrier unit, 5 visits, a lot of $ spent it was still malfunctioning. I called carrier customer service they provided me the name of Coastal Heating out of Annapolis as one of their dealer certified technicians. They came out and correctly diagnosed the issue, made repairs and unit has been running great. I highly recommend them for your HAVC needs.

I contacted Coastal Heating for maintenance service on my furnace, since it was overdue and making a squeaky noise when running. They scheduled me for the next day. Brian was a knowledgeable technician, very thorough, and also explained my remaining warranty, though no repairs were needed during this visit. I experienced excellent service and would not hesitate to contact Coastal for my future HVAC needs.

The service department at Coastal is just wonderful! You get an appointment pretty quickly, the techs show up within the time frame they say they will, and they are very professional. My system had a couple factory issues at first, but they kept working at it until it was perfect. I can’t see myself ever using any other company!

We have used him on our properties and his work is outstanding; to the point where neighbors will stop as they drive past to get his contact information. His pricing could not be beat, communication was great, and expertise ended in us having a beautiful and professional patio, landscape, and concrete work. We had asked for a diamond pattern with boarder and step down for a patio and we could not have asked for a better finished product. We absolutely love our new patio we just. Had Tito and company put in. They worked so hard and they made such perfect cuts and the patio is everything I have dreamed of. If you need any outdoor work for call Tito he is the best.

I would highly recommend Tito Prado and his brothers! The did a high quality job on my patio pavers! If there was any issues, they came back and fixed the polymeric sand and any paver that may have shifted!

Tito and his crew are absolutely one of the best crew I've had work for me from a 12×14 paver patio to a $100,000.00 back yard renovation which had an over 6,000 square foot paver patio replacement, 65 foot 5 block high retaining wall replacement and many more jobs all completed well above expectations.

Tito and company have done lovely work on our yard. The first time was a complete clean out. Extraordinary! They trimmed, filled up holes, mulched, and took out unwanted trees. The second time was an upkeep of the yard/leaf removal and cutting back for the cold season. They are responsive, reliable, fast and friendly. We will definitely be having them back in the spring. Highly recommend!
