Wonderful company. Great quality, great value, extremely professional and responsive. The owner JJ is the best. I highly recommend this company.

First Choice came to my home a MONTH ago, they took multiple rugs that they were supposed to clean and then return to my home. Its July 5th, and I havent gotten my rugs back. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails and none of them have been returned, which is extremely unprofessional to me. Like what are yall doing with my rugs??? I guess I’ll have to physically come to your location to get some answers.

Great work. Rob was easy to talk to as well as work with. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you First Choice!

First Choice was SO helpful and came to the rescue after a storm sent a tree through our deck. They were professional, responsive and were excellent!

First is an excellent company who clearly has it together. They responded quickly, their reps were professional and they got right to work on getting our damage removed. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Had First Choice come and empty out my mothers house. The crew arrived on time and were so professional, courteous and polite, a true pleasure to work with them . Completed the enormous job in one day . Can’t express how grateful we are for the excellent service . Thanks again Paul !! Chuck and Paul K.

So many wonderful people to mention at 1st choice from Sophia, GC who was re-assigned to us mid way thru thru the project and saw things thru effortlessly to Rob Hernandez and Stephen Adams who just recently did a drop by visit to check back in with us for any future project needs. Everyone was great and the crew could not have been any nicer! No one wishes for this type of damage to happen but when it does; it is very re-assuring to know you have such a dedicated team behind you who will work diligently day & night to move mountains for their customers!!!
