They did a great job bringing the carpet on the steps back to life. Very clean & the odor is gone.

I am so impressed with the Premium carpet cleaning service I received, would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a carpet cleaning service.

The technician was personable and extensively knowledgeable on ways to maximize carpet care.

Awesome job! Would highly recommend, our carpet has not looked this clean in years!

John was very attentive to my request for carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job and I will definitely use him again and hope to pass his name on to others.

Outstanding customer service. They very prompt in arriving on time and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of rooms and furniture to be cleaned. Would definitely recommend and utilize this company in the future.

Great job. The carpet looks brand new. Stains were removed. They were very nice and punctual. I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service. The carpet was well cleaned. Highly recommended for carpet cleaning.

John was quick to respond to a very last minute request and setup an appointment time. Carpet cleaning was great, smelled good and was very clean.

John did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was efficient and kind. When our dog pooped on the carpet right after he cleaned, he came back and cleaned the rug again, free of charge. He is amazing!

Words cannot explain the professionalism from Mr. John Denton and his company. He explained in full detail the process, the steps to treatment, he examined the treatment areas and then proceeded to correcting the problem by deep cleaning and actually scrubbing the surface of the affected carpet areas. He was on time very punctual and very detailed in every step of explains all actions even afterwards after completion.

First time customer and they did a phenomenal job cleaning three bedrooms, hallways, stairs, living room/dining room as well as furniture. John exhibited great attention to detail. He was pleasant and professional at all times. He ensured that I was satisfied with the job before he left and moved the furniture back to its original position. The price was reasonable and I never felt like I was being overcharged for anything.

I don't give five stars too often but this company earned every star. I highly recommend this business for your cleaning needs.

Nathan and his daughter did amazing job. They were on time and did a thorough job. They cleaned up as well. I recommend them for cleaning your carpets.

Premium Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job at my house. Not only did they do an excellent job of cleaning my carpet, they found stains I wasn’t aware. The people were very courteous and had an excellent work ethics. They took pride in their work. I would use them again. I highly recommend this company.

The carpets not only looked and smelled fresh afterward, but they also dried much faster than I expected. I appreciated that they used eco-friendly, non-toxic products, especially since I have pets at home. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for the quality of their work. It didn’t feel rushed at all – they took their time and made sure I was happy before they packed up. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, high-quality carpet cleaning service, I highly recommend.

First positive is the communication which was great . Next the incredible job of removing every spec of dirt from a rental unit. The carpet is now clean and no more bad odor. Thank you John!

Excellent carpet cleaning service! John came the same day and was kind, professional, and worked magic on our family’s old, stained carpets. Now they look and smell like new. Highly recommend!

Our experience with premium carpet cleaning and Maryland odor removal services was fantastic. Easy process to book them. On time. Our carpets look great - got a ton of stains out! John even did our rug as complimentary which was very nice of him. Highly recommend using them!

I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had with any cleaning company. John is an incredible person with outstanding character, and I couldn’t be happier with the final results. My carpet and couch (which were a meaningful gift from my late mother) were not looking their best, and now they look absolutely brand new. That alone meant more to me than words can express.

I truly admire John’s family business mindset and the pride he takes in his work. It’s clear he puts care, integrity, and intention into everything he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top quality care and treatment for their carpets and furniture. John genuinely knows what he’s doing, from the chemistry behind the process to every detail needed to leave everything looking fresh and feeling great.

I fully support businesses like his, especially those owned by veterans who continue to serve their communities. Thank you again, John, for all your hard work, your service to our country, and your dedication to the people of Maryland. God bless!
