Reviews of local pros in Arbutus, Maryland

I am a realtor, and First Choice Services helped my client turn his beaten-up investment property into a beautiful new home within a couple of weeks. I deal with contractors every day, and I can verify this company's professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommended.

First Choice Services SAVED the day! Not only did they come out to my property less than 24 hours after my kitchen flooded to complete water mitigation, but they also did an outstanding job on my kitchen. Rob was very friendly and thorough and even took the time to help me select flooring and other elements of the kitchen. Freddy, Irving and Carlos were detail oriented and professional. My kitchen is now my favorite room in my home and HIGHLY recommend working with First Choice Services! 🤩✨

The First Choice Team, led by Rob, did an excellent job finishing our basement and correcting an error made by a previous contractor. They also replaced a broken door frame with a new one and completed an outstanding paint job. The team arrived on time, assessed the damage, and clearly explained the repair process. They were professional, courteous, and ensured everything was clean after the work was completed. I was highly impressed with their expertise and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend First Choice Services.

As a first-time home buyer, I was both excited and a little nervous about upgrading my master bathroom and hallway bath. A friend of mine had used First Choice Services for their basement remodel last summer and had nothing but great things to say, so I decided to reach out.

From the beginning, the experience was smooth and professional. They responded promptly and even managed to squeeze me into their schedule, which I truly appreciated. The project was managed by Rob, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and no matter when I reached out—even over the weekend—someone was always there to provide clear, helpful answers. Rob even took the time to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my heating system, which really showed his genuine care and commitment to his clients.

The crew was respectful and considerate of my home. They carefully covered all the walkways and ensured everything was clean and in order before they left each day. By the time the project was completed, you honestly wouldn’t have guessed that work had just been done—except for the beautiful transformation, of course.

The results exceeded my expectations. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I’m grateful to First Choice Services for making this such a positive experience, especially for my first big home project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality remodeling work.
