There was a small leak in a pipe. Tony was able arrive within an hour to take a look. He was able fix the problem in 30 minutes. We talked about pricing. Would recommend.

Irin is the best. I didn't know much about plumbing but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The water softener was replaced, as were two toilet valves. The service was fast and courteous.

From the moment I called in, their scheduler prioritized my issue by moving my original appointment up. By doing so, she made me feel as though my leaky bathroom faucet was equally as important to her. The technician was here within an hour of our phone call, and it was Christmas Eve. I had a new sink and commode installed in my 1st floor restroom and a new commode installed in my upstairs restroom. Aaron, Gilbert, and Valentin are very personable and professional. Very happy with their work. My 1st floor restroom is a very small area to begin with, and the vanity sink I picked out at Lowe's worked perfectly. They strongly recommend Glacier Bay commodes and even helped me pick them out at Home Depot. I knew nothing about the quality of certain commodes, but Aaron took the time to explain all this. So far, very good quality commodes. Also, they are very punctual. If you say 9:00 am, they'll be there at 9:00 am, even earlier! !

The company has done a great job! I had an issue with a main sewer line getting backed under the house. They helped me get the best result. The old cast metal pipes had been replaced with PVC. We discussed different options and he remained very flexible. They finished the job in no time, so the lines are now up and working. I highly recommend them for major projects.

Two times we have worked directly with this company. The first time was when our hot-water tank stopped working. Our daughter's pipes burst in her kitchen and they had to be repaired not only on the inside but also outside. (Had to dig out and replace city main lines).
