Reviews of local pros in Ashton, Maryland

Excellent I'm happy with my garden plants, the employees so nice and professional

10/10
There was a lovely selection of plants, they had some pretty cool flower pots, and the employees are great.

Always a pleasure . Expert advice with my rain garden and various plants for my landscape. So much better than any big box store.

I enjoyed the time I spend at Sun's Garden & Landscaping great variety of outdoors and indoor plants found a very nice addition for the home go take a look at Sun's Garden you will enjoy it .

Sun landscaping purchased 30 tress from our tree farm in March 2024 for a school project in Ft Meade. We have been trying to collect payment but nobody answers phone, emails etc. We will notify Anne Arundel Public Schools about Sun’s Landscaping business practices

Two years ago Sun's installed my front landscaping. Two plants died immediately and they promised to replace them as soon as they were in stock again. They never came. I called and emailed that year, last year, and again this spring and still don't have my plants. They continue to say they'll be out and no one ever comes or even emails or calls to give updates. They reply then forget about us.
From the other reviews, it seems everyone is reviewing GOING TO the garden center, not actually installation.

UPDATE 10/13/22: After posting my review they called and asked that if they replaced the plant and gave me some money off, would I remove my review. I said no, I needed to be honest about my experience. After that call they sent an email asking when they could come out. I didn't see that they wanted me to call and schedule and thought they were going to contact me (my fault). However, after a month, they sent someone out without notice and that worker came and replaced the WRONG PLANT. I contacted them again. They said after not hearing from me they just wanted to get it done so they sent him out. If they'd looked at the drawing they gave me at the start, he'd have seen a plant missing and could have deduced that that was the one that had died 2 years ago, not the one that was there. Additionally, I've contacted them AGAIN asking for the correct planting with no response. That was 2 weeks ago. Round and round we go. Perhaps this update will get me another response from them.

Decided to walk into the nursery today and met the most wonderful and caring people! Purchased two plants that I am so excited for! Their customer service is awesome and I will be recommending them to everyone! Looking forward to going back and purchasing more as Spring comes along!

Sun’s is a delightful local nursery and garden center. They have a great selection of unique plants and trees. Sun’s staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany’s expertise was especially helpful. The Butterfly Milkweed she recommended is already attracting butterflies! Sun’s makes you feel excited about gardening! 🌎💚

Great customer service and quality installation. Extremely happy

Our family has been working with Lee's for over 20 years and they do a WONDERFUL job. Very friendly and knowledgeable! We won't use another Landscaper.

Lee's Oriental Landscape was a pleasure to deal with, professional, whose results were of the highest quality. The design and implementation were flawless and the end result was surpassed our expectations. Thank you!

Just want to say thank you for the fabulous transformation of our landscaping! We are enjoying everything you and Fidel did and so our are neighbors and we can't wait for you to return. Again, thank you and as my husband said, "After 25 years we've finally found someone we like and created everything we love."

Not only does John have a beautiful selection of trees and garden pieces, but he was great to work with as well—he was incredibly responsive and helped us identify the perfect piece for our space. We will absolutely be back!

John Lee installed a beautiful front bed for us. John is professional, easy to work with and has a great eye for landscape design. Everyone who passes by comments on on how beautiful it is.

Mr. Lee of Lee's Oriental Landscape Art is extremely professional and well versed in oriental design. He has the ability to zero in on the client's needs and design. All of his work is one of kind designed exclusively for the client. If want something that is authenticate and will give you the wow factor...then you need to contact Lee's Oriental Landscape Art. I love this company's work!!!!

Absolutely beautiful design and exquisite detail. Courteous and prompt. No detail too small to contribute to the overall look. The transformation was breathtaking. Even incorporated some of the plants I already had. The added lighting, shaping of the trees and placement of the plants was perfect. I have recommended this company to my neighbors who were so impressed with the changes to my front yard.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results! John is a true artist. He was very thoughtful and worked with me on tweaking the design to accommodate my budget. He is very detail oriented and it shows. His design was gorgeous and the implementation exceeded what I was expecting.

Mr. Lee has been providing maintenance service for my oriental garden since he originally designed and planted it 15 years ago. His work is fabulous, and my plantings are as beautiful as when they were originally put in. He is a true artisan.

Mr. Lee is very experienced and we appreciated how he never tried to over sell us. I would highly recommend that you have him plant these beautiful trees. These are a world above the Home Depot specimens. He will also come out and design your garden as well. He can do it all for you.

Lee's Oriental Landscape Art has been a prized and greatly appreciated partner in the installation (in 2000) and yearly maintenance of our asian "influenced" garden in our front and side yards as well as some fine tuning here and there in our rear woodlands gardens. They are fair, responsible, dependable, creative, serious, always on time and a company that can beautify any home no matter what style house you have. Worth more than every penny you'd spend.
