Workers were rude and childish towards each other, even when they were trying to help customers. They couldn't find the material I needed and tried to tell me they didn't carry it.. maybe check lawn and garden.. lawn and garden told me it was seasonal.. concrete caps? Seasonal?? The only helpful people were the ladies at the customer service desk. Ended up going 30 minutes to Lowe's to get GREAT service. Glad I won't have to be going back here..

They have alot of stuff, but not well managed. Hard to find products, jumbled up. Also they don't have organic fertilizer feeder spikes, which they have carried for years. They just stop stocking products without input from customers. As always, the staff has a wonderful attitude and that gives them a 4.

They've recently renovated and expanded the store. They have a large nursery and have popular fruit and vegetable varieties. The helpfulness of the staff is 50/50. Some really know the store and go out of their way to help, and others will shrug you off—or worse, they'll send you on a wild goose chase. Get the Home Depot app, it's pretty reliable at locating items in the store.

Nice garden center. The past - the partnership with Bell Floral was great - the Bell employees took excellent care of the plants, kept them pretty, had a great variety. Then the inconvenient "pandemic" and plants were at the nurseries, not home depot.

Now - Bell is back, but they are a mere shadow of what they once were. There's much fewer Bell employees, they're not as, I don't know, vivid? And so the plants are okay, the selection is okay, about 10% of the live plants are wilted and unsellable, the plants offered aren't marketed - they're just sitting in a fenced off area in the parking lot. It's like the ingredients of a great garden center are back, but no one cares, no one tries. It's a very sad place where once it was happy.

This is the best home Depot nursery I've ever been to. Much more stuff than the one in my home town. I love the Rockville location.
The workers are extremely nice and helpful. Especially Abigail and a Jamaican accented young man in the garden center.

Always well stocked. The new self checkout lines really help move the lines along.
