Plugg Electric

I was given the name of Plugg Electric and its owner, Vadim, from a friend. I was told he would be an honest electrician that would not try to give me cheap work for a large price. I am very happy to say that my friend was completely correct!
I contacted Vadim on Thursday afternoon. He told me he would be out to give me an estimate by Friday evening. He arrived at the time he stated and talked with me about what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very kind. I needed to have my electrical box upgraded and replaced and the main electric line to my house replaced. He told me he could begin the work on Monday. I was pleased with the estimate he gave and the timeline he projected.
Three gentlemen came to my home on Monday to begin the work. Ivan, Dmitry, and Oleh were very kind and Ivan answered any questions I had. It took all of the business day (it was a lot of hard work). They stated they would have to return to finish up a few items but that everything was safe. I was very pleased with the work that the completed. When they left for the day everything was very clean and neat. They had even cleaned up the area outside. Everything just looked wonderful. Ivan told me they would return as soon as Vadim scheduled them to complete the few items that were still needed to be done. Ivan and Oleh returned on Thursday to complete those items. They continued to diligently complete the work that was needed. Ivan again, answered any questions that I had and before he left let me know what the rest of the process would be to complete the entire job (inspection and BGE hookup). Vadim contacted me with more information and Olesya has been doing the behind the scenes work to complete the permit and inspection process. I have been very pleased with all that has been done and truly cannot say enough good things about this company...honest, clean, kind, trustworthy, thorough, professional, and their slogan is true - Double G's for double good! Excellent work with the installation. Vadim and his partner took great care of finding the perfect spot and materials for the charger and gave clear advice on what was needed to keep the appliances safe. Very professional, pleasant, and detailed oriented. Thank you!

Ivan and Oleg were fantastic and did an excellent job: they showed up on time, located the issue quickly, explained the problem clearly, and completed their work efficiently. They even took of their shoes to ensure they did not track in dirt! I was so impressed. Not only will I use Plugg Electric for all my electrical needs but I am asking for Ivan and Oleg.
