All reviews for Plugg Electric

I was given the name of Plugg Electric and its owner, Vadim, from a friend. I was told he would be an honest electrician that would not try to give me cheap work for a large price. I am very happy to say that my friend was completely correct!
I contacted Vadim on Thursday afternoon. He told me he would be out to give me an estimate by Friday evening. He arrived at the time he stated and talked with me about what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very kind. I needed to have my electrical box upgraded and replaced and the main electric line to my house replaced. He told me he could begin the work on Monday. I was pleased with the estimate he gave and the timeline he projected.
Three gentlemen came to my home on Monday to begin the work. Ivan, Dmitry, and Oleh were very kind and Ivan answered any questions I had. It took all of the business day (it was a lot of hard work). They stated they would have to return to finish up a few items but that everything was safe. I was very pleased with the work that the completed. When they left for the day everything was very clean and neat. They had even cleaned up the area outside. Everything just looked wonderful. Ivan told me they would return as soon as Vadim scheduled them to complete the few items that were still needed to be done. Ivan and Oleh returned on Thursday to complete those items. They continued to diligently complete the work that was needed. Ivan again, answered any questions that I had and before he left let me know what the rest of the process would be to complete the entire job (inspection and BGE hookup). Vadim contacted me with more information and Olesya has been doing the behind the scenes work to complete the permit and inspection process. I have been very pleased with all that has been done and truly cannot say enough good things about this company...honest, clean, kind, trustworthy, thorough, professional, and their slogan is true - Double G's for double good! If you are looking for an electrical company that does excellent work that won't break the bank - look no further, Plugg Electric is the best!

Excellent work with the installation. Vadim and his partner took great care of finding the perfect spot and materials for the charger and gave clear advice on what was needed to keep the appliances safe. Very professional, pleasant, and detailed oriented. Thank you!

Ivan and Oleg were fantastic and did an excellent job: they showed up on time, located the issue quickly, explained the problem clearly, and completed their work efficiently. They even took of their shoes to ensure they did not track in dirt! I was so impressed. Not only will I use Plugg Electric for all my electrical needs but I am asking for Ivan and Oleg.

We worked with Plugg on some basic electrical upgrades to our house upon moving in - we wanted to add new outlets. Vadim did a very thorough helpful walk through of our house with us to determine the needed scope of work. And Ivan, Oleg, did a fantastic and thorough job executing the work. All at a very fair price and with a 1 year warranty. Would definitely use Plugg for future electrical work!

Ivan, Oleh, & Dmitry all did an excellent job in putting a subpanel and installing an EV charger. They arrived on time and finished their work as scheduled. I’m very happy with the professional services they’ve provided. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future home projects.

Gotta say thanks to Dmitri from Plugg Electric for coming out today! He made sure our main breaker was safe, and then when the extra mile to help us, identify a fuse box upstairs and the work to get quotes in for what it would take to get this stuff up to code. Really appreciate their quick response. Excellent customer customer service.

Dimitri did amazing work! I was kind of boxed in time-wise and he showed up right on time, and was finishing in 30 minutes. He went above and beyond testing and making sure all members of the household were satisfied with positioning. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Very customer oriented. Vadim is a true professional. Installed an EV charger for us and did an excellent job. Friendly, explained, problem solved and got the job done. Committed to doing top quality work with honesty and integrity.

If you need any electrical work done I highly recommend Vadim at Plugg Electric! I recently hired this master electrician to install an EV charger for my car and I was blown away by his work. He was a consummate professional and a perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work. He and another electrician completed the task in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly. He also tidied up the area and even fixed a few things left behind by another contractor. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the installation process and answered any questions I had. He even gave me some tips on how to optimize the charging and save energy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. His team did an outstanding job and I am very satisfied with his service.

Vadim and Plugg Electric are amazing! They immediately came out, identified the issue and resolved it. Vadim is incredible. He did our kitchen a few years ago and has been go to for electric since!

Dmitri and Vadim were great! As a Real Estate Agent, repair requests often come up in the inspection process. We needed something handled in a timely professional manner and Dmitri and Vadim at Plugg Electric took care of the job right away. Would highly recommend them again.

Dmitry was an awesome technician. He installed my light quick with no problems. He also communicated very well.

Vadim and his assistant were awesome! Plugg installed the charger for my new electric vehicle. They were on time, maintained communication, took our needs and wants into consideration and even cleaned up after themselves. It was a great EV Charger installation experience!!

Great company to work with. Honest and responsible service from well trained technicians.
Very easy to schedule and very communicative. Highly recommended to anyone needs electrical work done right . Thank you .

Olesya and Vadim went above and beyond on the project management of a complicated panel and mains upgrade. Not only did they pursue the project from beginning to end, navigating challenging Baltimore City and BGE bureaucracies, they were communicative, kind, and effective throughout. Their own electricians were professionals who did excellent clean work. They also explained what they were doing and why--at every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Plugg Electric when they installed our EV charger. They were professional, competent, friendly, and great communicators. Vadim and Demetri were fantastic to work with. They identified issues that needed to be resolved and talked them over with us. The county electrical inspector was impressed with the quality of their work and said he wished the inspections were “always this easy!”

Plugg Electric replaced a 200 amp panel for me on very short notice at a reasonable price. Ivan, my electrician, was very skilled and did a wonderful job! He was also very friendly; respectful of my property under wet and muddy conditions; and cleaned-up on completion. My experience with Vadim and the office was equally pleasant. I found them to be very accommodating. I would definitely use Plugg again and am happy to recommend them.

Had wall charger for car installed in my garage. Tech Dmitri was pleasant and very thorough. Was respectful of me working at home during the install. Finished product was great and area where work was done was cleaned up thoroughly. Would use them again

I needed some electric work done same day and Plugg Electric was the only company that was willing to come out same day. Vadim was awesome to work with. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed and got our lights working. Plugg was affordable and had excellent customer service. Will be using them again and would highly recommend!
