I don't know how they have stayed in business. Positively the worse customer service that I've ever experienced. It took them 30 days to get me a price their over priced quote and when I say over priced, I found it online for 60% less. Regardless try and find it online first, it will save you time and money....

Counter staff is very customer service driven! Location is great, office space immaculate! Teamwork amongst employees excellent and very evident! All around very accommodating and ethical company, and I would recommend them highly.

I've never stepped foot in the store because Richard! He is the man! I can't imagine what you guys would do without Richard. You better keep him happy because when he's not happy I got to hear about it.

Clearly this establishment does an inadequate job clearing ice off their vehicles. I just watched huge chunks fly off a truck on Washington Blvd directly into and onto the surrounding traffic. Dangerous negligence/laziness at its finest.

She went above and beyond by creating a thoughtful presentation that included pictures from our actual spaces, which made it so much easier to visualize how different options would look. Her patience throughout the entire process was remarkable. She took the time to answer all my questions and never rushed me toward a decision. Her professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping her clients find the perfect lighting solutions. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for lighting, and I’ll definitely be returning when we’re ready to purchase more fixtures for other rooms. Awesome experience. Responded to my inquiry within a few hours, and after a few questions via text had a quote and an install date arranged. Ellis arrived on time and installed the TV as we requested. He was friendly and gave good advice. He installed a new power outlet behind the TV as well. We are 100% satisfactied and recommend highly.

We've used Mr. Ellis for several projects around the house and will continue to do so. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, and efficient. We've had 2 TVs mounted, a ceiling fan installed with new wiring run through the ceiling, 3 ceiling fans replaced, and a recessed light installed. Mr. Ellis completed all jobs exactly as requested in a timely manner and cleaned all work areas. The service is top notch and his prices are always well below his competitors.
