Repairs will not be quality repairs

Great job, they exceeded all of our expectations. Very polite and professional.

Very helpful and very nice people who work here

A good group that does GREAT work for Baltimore!

This company was caught dumping material it has just removed from a alley on to a green space it also dumped wet concrete that was left over in its bucket from laying new concrete. They did this in a AA community in Baltimore.

These fools have no regard for the environment, not o ly do they not maintain erosion and sediment controls I personally witnessed them dewateri g the muddy site right in the stream. Latterly a joke as a company and especially at stream restoration s

Every interaction I've had with Monumental paving has been pleasant and enjoyable. I NEVER review companies here, but these guys were worth it!!

Monumental Paving & Excavating has been witnessed illegally dumping near our community garden in the Oliver community. My neighbors and I work daily to improve our neighborhood. Illegal dumping cannot be tolerated. Do you want to do business with a company that brazenly destroys neighborhoods with illegal dumping?

It seems I am not the only one with a complaint. #1. customer service is everything. I called the office and the secretary was nice and helpful. She passed me to Paul who was to assist me with my questions. His tone, defensive position and haste was not pleasant. Though I got the contact information I needed to make a complaint, I still am displeased with this company.

I hope things get better for them with ethics and practices.

Completely agree with the other 3 reviews on the contact paul being so unpleasant it drives you to write a review on the company's behalf. I work in sales and get chewed out all the time but this contact Paul was beyond inconsiderate and rude. Paul had actually contacted me back interested in our services and prices and I was following up per his request - the yelling at me was uncalled for. Rude and disrespectful especially when asking for our services.

Monumental Paving & Excavating is an exceptional company, with a team that consistently demonstrates professionalism, politeness, and respect. They keep me well-informed and are always available to address any concerns I may have, providing prompt assistance whenever needed.
Looking forward to continuing our partnership for many more years to come.
Thank You
