As good as it gets! We did due diligence before selecting GLC and couldn't be happier with the outcome - a beautiful new, carefully designed and well constructed addition. GLC is details oriented - which is what you want in a contractor - and they were highly responsive - from pre-launch to closeout - to our wishes and needs.

We recently finished a project with Greenleaf converting a three season room into a part of our house. The quality of work is fantastic. The end result exceeded our expectations. We use this new space everyday.

Greenleaf sealed our old basement and did a complete renovation of our bathroom. Their work was top-notch and they were well-organized and responsive. They balanced getting our input with providing their expertise and guidance.

We recently finished our 3rd project with Greenleaf, and wouldn't work with anyone else. They did a total refinish of our basement, and it's completely, wonderfully transformed! I find them extremely easy to work with - organized, timely, and talented. Our project came in exactly on budget. I find Derrick and George's advice very helpful. They've been back several times for small final finishing touches to make sure the project is just right. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

My wife and I are both architects and our number one choice has always been Greenleaf Construction, knowing the quality of their work, attention to detail and the care they give to their projects. We were afraid they would be out of our budget but happily they were the lowest bid! From the very beginning, their team treated our home like their own. They tackled major waterproofing, full modernization, and a custom renovation that now feels like a natural extension of our historic 1920s house. The basement is entirely dry, well-designed, and impeccably finished. Our primary bathroom is timeless, chic, and built to last. And the new closets in our bedroom blend in so seamlessly, you’d never guess they weren’t original to 1920.

John, our foreman and carpenter, was nothing short of an angel. He’s not just a builder—he’s an artisan. He honored the historical character of the space while adding smart, seamless updates that feel both timeless and functional. His craftsmanship is impeccable, and his kindness meant the world to us. John was also incredibly kind to our dogs, especially during a time when we were grieving the loss of one of them. His warmth and gentleness didn’t go unnoticed. It meant so much to our family.

We hit some serious life bumps during the renovation with that loss then my needing orthopedic surgery. Through it all, the crew showed so much compassion and flexibility. They made accommodations without hesitation and never once made me feel like I was a burden. That kind of empathy is rare in this industry.

Huge thanks to Ryan and Derrick for their unwavering support, steady communication, and making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Every contractor says they’re “full-service,” but this team truly lived up to that promise—with heart, skill, and integrity.

I contacted Greenleaf because of their reputation for expertise with older homes. Bruce Curtis and his team worked with us to address a number of serious water damage and deterioration issues. The end result was a near complete rebuild of our sunroom/family room which ended up involving electrical as well. The subcontractors and workers were all great, pleasant and respectful of our ongoing needs. I wanted this job done right, and I am happy with the results. The room looks great, is now sound and solid, and is much more comfortable.

I am an interior designer who has worked with the Greenleaf team a number of times, and I can't speak highly enough about them! They are great to work with - communicative, organized and timely - and every client I've had who has worked with them has had a great experience. From the executive team through the project managers and to the on site teams, they are detailed and thorough and always focused on a beautiful but functional end product. We are so happy we hired Greenleaf to finish our basement! They turned a cold an unused area into a warm and inviting playspace for our kids.
