i wish i could give them zero stars i called several times and talk to the father the son and a lady and i gave them my address over west baltimore and no one call me back about a estimate .unprofessional i would not recommend them . or maybe they didnt want my business because it was a small job and i live in the city

I highly recommend this company. I met with the owner after seeing him do our neighbors driveway. I asked for a quote to do mine and 4 days later my entire job was complete. Very professional, neat, and overall, I can not imagine my outcome to be better. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I have decided to call him for another job. I will come back to let you know how this job works out.

Company did some work down the street from me on Monday. It's now Saturday, and no one from the company has been on-site since. However, some heavy equipment remains on-site, and the company left a long trailer parked in front of my house (3 doors away!). I have asked.them to move the trailer and they said they would get it right away. It's still sitting out front. How can you trust the quality of work of a firm that cannot keep it's word to do something?

I remodeled my kitchen, laundry, garage, and two bathrooms with Complete Renovation Services. I connected with them via Google, and I am very glad that their name came up.

The estimated time for the remodel was initially 3-4 weeks as we started with just the kitchen. The laundry room, garage, and bathrooms were added on afterward. Even with the addition of these spaces, the remodel was completed in 7.5 weeks.

I am so happy with the work that was completed and love how everything looks. I will definitely recommend Complete Renovation Services to those needing remodel services, and I will also be reaching back out to them for any future remodel needs.

Very poor customer service experience from Andrew who is supposedly the owner. First he doesn’t show up at the agreed time because he “forgot”, and when he does show up the attitude and demeanor is very poor. He came and criticized what was existing, instead of asking me what I was looking to get done. He doesn’t show me what he has done in the past. The attitude is very off putting and rude. He doesn’t seem to know what he is doing, even while taking measurements. I had more work to show him, but he came grossly unprepared with only his phone and a measuring tape. The other jobs needed a ladder and other tools. Seeing that he was unprepared, I didn’t even bother to show it to him. I ask when I will have an estimate, and he is unable to give me a timeframe. I understand that it’s the holiday season, but you should be able to give me a clear idea of when I can expect a quote. He flat out told me that I should have told him to not come out, if I wanted a same day estimate. Very very poor customer service. I’ve had several estimates done for me in a professional manner and this experience with Andrew was truly regrettable.

It’s hard finding a reliable contractor/handyman to help out with maintenance calls on my rentals. I contacted Andrew and he was able to help out with a small job immediately. Highly recommended! Will definitely be using him in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Complete Renovation Services. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling. I was absolutely clueless on where to begin (and very nervous), but the team was organized and professional, and I was comfortable leaving my full home remodel in their hands. They were on time daily and took the time to make things exactly how I wanted. They rewired my entire home, re-sheetrocked, did a full kitchen gut and remodel, among many other things. They care about the work that they do, and it shows. Can’t thank you enough!

I hired Complete Renovation Services for a major primary bathroom remodel. Andrew was very helpful and responsive, providing thoughtful design suggestions throughout the entire process. The team were very professional and took pride in their work. In the few instances I expressed concern with something (as I have very high standards), they ensured it was redone to my level of satisfaction. I was so impressed with their drywall work that I hired them to repair drywall throughout the rest of my home.

I work with a lot of contractors and really, you don’t share good contractors when you find one because they’re so rare. But I wouldn’t be able to sleep not sharing my positive review. He’s done several jobs with us from fixing a doorknob to fixing entire rooms. Did a gorgeous job on a deck (pic below). Let alone he’s someone I trust, with the invoicing and with the house keys. With regret, I share 5 star, thumbs up… just don’t book up all his time…
