I would definitely recommend Majestic Maids to anyone you all did an amazing job in our home especially given the fact we have a 2yr old everything was so clean down to every nook and cranny we will definitely be using/recommending your company in the future.

Living alone during the lockdown, I let my place become an catastrophic mess -- especially the bathrooms. Jamie cleaning the place too excellence. Even better than I expected. I think I'll invite over some friends soon. I recommend this service to anyone who needs some help getting clean again!

I have used Majestic Maids about 6 or 7 times. At first, they did a really good job. I have dark bamboo floors, which are difficult to clean, and there was one woman (Dawn), who specifically did a fantastic job with them. My problem was not with the cleaning. My issue is with the owner and the woman who does the scheduling- Linda and Jamie. Out of the 6 or 7 times that we used them, the rescheduled on me (at the last second) at least 3 times, and the cleaners were late to almost every single cleaning- even when I was the first house of the day. On one of the last cleanings, they were late by hours . I was never notified once that they'd be late on any of these occasions. The only way I knew when they'd actually arrive was by calling after they were supposed to have arrived. The last time, your cleaners were so late that they were only able to clean for 2 hours (because I said hey couldn't be there past 6) and a lot did not get done.

After the first cleaning, I asked for the carpet cleaner to not be used again because it smelled so strongly that we couldn't let our son sleep in his own room that entire day. They used the same solution on our final cleaning. I ran upstairs as soon as I smelled it, and was informed that there wasn't a note about not using it, which I was told there was.

In addition, I specifically requested Dawn for the remaining cleanings. I was under the impression that she would be coming, but not only did she not come to the final cleaning, they sent 2 people that had never cleaned our house. That would have been fine, but I should have at least been given the courtesy of knowing that Dawn was unable to come.

Perhaps the final straw for us, is that I was charged $195 on our last cleaning, when I was quoted $140 for bi-weekly cleanings. I was supposed to have had a cleaning the week before (which would have been 3 weeks, as we were out of town the week before), but they called at the last minute and cancelled (surprise, surprise), so it got pushed back by another week. I should not be charged $195 without ever having been quoted that- especially after having been inconvenienced so many times.

I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for consistency. You never know who you will get, or what time they will actually arrive, if at all.

I've hired Majestic Maids for monthly cleanings for over a year, and they never disappoint! Dawn does an incredibly thorough job and they have incredible customer service. Highly recommend !

I did a deep clean to prepare my condo for rental. The company called me the day before and texted me updates on timing -- I was really impressed with how great the communication and responsiveness was to my calls. The cleaning ladies arrived 30 minutes early, but I was given a heads up by text that they would be coming early. They would very efficiently and cleaned 1000 sq ft place in 2 hours. I would have preferred slightly longer clean, as a coffee table and dining table weren't wiped (hence the 4 stars), but the job was otherwise thorough and as advertised. The value is unbeatable. I received a follow-up call from the company and I let them know I wanted a longer cleaning next time without missing the tables, and the company rep agreed. Given how great the customer service is and the overall value, I'd definitely recommend.

Majestic Maids staff are always professional, friendly, and most importantly for me,flexible. The products used are non toxic and not as harsh as most store products. They always leave my home immaculately clean from the windows to the base boards and floors!

Majestic Maids left my house about 45 minutes ago and my home is beyond my expectations! I have been extremely out of whack recently and fell behind in my cleaning duties, but that comes with having Lupus. I have researched many cleaning services in the last few days, read some good and some terrible rewiews. Majestic was the quickest to respond to my inquiries and the most reasonable in pricing. I have a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single family home and most estimates were for $380 and higher for 3 hours of work. They quoted me $250 for the same amount of time, which fits my budget. The detail they did was amazing! All of my baseboards, light switches, and window sills look like they were freshly painted. My bathrooms are gleaming. My kitchen now looks like it hasn't been used since we moved in. It smells fantastic!! They also tidied up my kids' rooms which I said they didn't have to worry about because they are old enough to pick up and put their things away. I just needed them to dust and get the wood floors as clean as possible. They could've just pushed the clothes and toys to the side like I said, but they went above and beyond! I highly recommend this company!!

I couldn't be happier with the service that Majestic Maids provided for my elderly mother. Linda was wonderful - she understood the particulars of the situation and was so helpful and reassuring about the process. Since my mother is unable to clean anymore, it has really lifted her spirits to have her space tidy and spotless again. Thank you for your kindness towards her.

Needed a cleaning service after having renters move out after 3 years, and Majestic Maids did a great job! Scheduling the cleaners was a breeze and when I arrived to check on the work, I was very pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail (cleaned stove, refrigerator, etc.). We had a fantastic experience with Majestic Maids. We had a move-in cleaning in our new home. It was so nice to walk-in to our home that was squeaky clean. As the cleaners were finishing up they even helped move a few moving boxes. First class all the way!
