They were very professional and friendly. Victor didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions and was happy to help me learn a bit more about my own HVAC system. The price was great, and as proof that they go above and beyond with the details, they even put on shoe covers without me asking. Definitely going with Elite Air for any of my HVAC needs in the future!

Elite Air Solutions has been our HVAC company for a little over a year, after being recommended to us by a trusted consultant. We have found them to be extremely competent, efficient, professional/courteous and responsive. Prices are comparable to others we have worked with but quality, professionalism and responsiveness are superior.

This company was there for me when I got stood up by another one!! The owner, Lenny, took my call and knew the time crunch I was in and put in all the effort to ensure we were taken care of. I was selling my house and had to have a heat pack installed as well as new thermostat in the middle of the busy summer season. I felt like a priority and he eased my stress that things will be done on time and delivered! He also took calls from the very anxious buyers agent and coordinated with my electrition to make sure that there was no delays!!! When I got the bill I could not believe how cheap it was. I would reccomend this company a million times over. The work looked great, worked great, and they cleaned up when done!!! Thank you Lenny and Victor for getting me to settlement!!!

I have used Elite Air Solutions several time over the past few year. The technicians have always been friendly and professional. After the work was completed, I was contacted by the owner making sure things were still working properly. I have have called during a heat wave and they sent a technician out the same day. I highly recommend Elite Air Solutions!

Lenny and his team did a GREAT job for us! We have used him on two different projects and they are very polite, always on time, do a fabulous job, and clean up after themselves. In today's society, I was beginning to think that customer service was dead, but Lenny of Elite reaffirmed that good service for a good price still exists. I would recommend Lenny to friends and family.

I called them out of the blue after hours. The technician I spoke with was highly knowledgeable and as it wasn't an immediate emergency provided recommendations for the night and said his office would call to schedule an appointment for the morning.

True to his word, they called first thing. A technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem. Although a different technician, he too was highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

From the on call staff, to the scheduling team, to the technicians providing the service, everyone was timely and highly professional. 10/10

Wonderful! Very informative and observant. Elite truly does what they can to help and work with your schedule. We had 3 other estimates done to replace our HVAC system, and Elite was by far the most reasonable and explained the reasons for why they recommend X, Y, and Z rather than just throwing it on an invoice. Would highly recommend.

The one rating that's not on here is - Integrity! It's something you simply cannot put a price on. I called and told them what I needed and they came by and and recommended several solutions to fix the airflow in my sons' room. They recommended doing the least invasive amount of work and said, let's see what happens. This room was always super cold, now, it's one of the warmest in the house. Yes, I appreciate the timeliness and responsiveness, but I appreciate they didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. If you live in the area, I highly recommend Elite Air. You won't be disappointed.

Very happy to strongly recommend Elite Air Solutions. We moved into a new house, where the former owners had made some very questionable modifications to the ductwork, meaning that almost no air reached the back half of the house! We got estimates from a few companies. Elite Air Solutions' solution seemed by far the best, and they were also able to do the work sooner than the other companies as they make their ductwork in-house. Communication was great throughout. Their people were on-time, friendly, and professional. The estimate was the more expensive out of the ones we had - however, because the job took a bit less time than they expected, they charged us less labor time in the end, make the final cost very comparable to what the other estimates were. We will definitely go to Elite first for any future HVAC work we are interested in.

Elite Air Solutions responded quickly in our time of need and was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. I was very impressed with their customer service, friendliness, professionalism, and pricing to get my AC system fixed. Would highly recommend!

Due to the age of my HVAC system, it was time to completely replace them. Lenny and his crew took great care of me from start to finish. They were professional, respectful and informative. Everyone made it clear what was happening and kept me in the loop the entire time. Replacing your entire system is stressful but Elite Air Solutions took that right out of the equation. I am thrilled beyond words and so grateful to have a company and crew to count on. I can't wait for summer so I can benefit from a brand new ac system!

The service is always professional. The mechanic is knowledgeable of the repairs. The mechanics are very courteous and clean up after they are finished . As well as making sure they don't bring and dirt into your home.

Maintenance tech is always on time, knowledgeable and communicated his findings well. We have two systems and have their annual maintenance service plan which includes a spring visit for AC and a fall visit for furnace maintenance on both systems

I had another company look at my system which was not working. They told me I would have to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system and that it would take two weeks to get one. not a good thing with freezing temperatures at night. A friend recommended Elite. I called them and they sent out a very knowledgeable young man. He had it up and running in five minutes and rechecked it three times to be sure it was going to continue to work. He checked to be sure there was no CO-2 being emitted. He took precautions to be sure everything was clean and safe, such as putting on plastic shoe coverings to be sure he brought nothing into the house. This is important with Covid still around. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Elite to anyone who needs the services they provide.

1-31-2024 The team repaired my humidifier. They were very professional and helpful. I have always received great service from them and highly recommend them.

This was the second time I've reached out to Elite Air over the past couple of years. Both times we received a next day estimate and swift repairs to our HVAC system. We are very pleased with the service and plan to continue to work with Elite Air for any HVAC needs.

Working with Elite Air Solutions was one of the easiest parts of our home renovations. We recently bought an as-is short sale and had no idea of the condition of our heating and air system other than that it didn't work. We weren't sure if we were dealing with a repair or replacement. After hearing about our situation the owner, Lenny, came out to our home to assess the condition of our system himself. He was extremely helpful and polite. We eneded up needed a replacement of both units, which I suspected based on the age. They were fast to get us on the schedule and replace both units as quickly as possible. They sent out a team of four which made install quick, less than one business day. They were all friendly and professional, and left our home spotless after work was completed.
