Kevin was very thorough in explaining what the issues were with the heater. Also noting that he detailed what was priority to fix now and what could be done later. This was very considerate because he thought of the financial aspect on how much the service could cost. Even going as far as itemizing all the things he did to give us a complete understanding of his services.

Kevin is my only "go to guy" when it comes to having efficiently working HVAC units! I have used Xzavier several times for both an oil burning unit and an all electric heat pump system! He is the only one I trust to remain cool in the summer & warm in the winter without breaking the budget! Many thanks, as always, to Kevin & his crew!

Was referred to Xzavier (spoke with Kevin) by a friend who used the company regularly. Came out to my house quickly, and gave an honest assessment of my situation. Was given options depending on services that could be provided and the expected results.

Entire unit needed to be replaced, was given a fair estimate and payment options. Came with a team of workers who were all friendly (my dog even liked them!) and job was done in time frame given.

Appreciate that could have been given a quick fix that would had me in same situation within a few months. My new go to first call.

Great company to work with. Fair pricing, excellent service, and they truly come across as trustworthy. Our HVAC system was old, and our furnace died the week before Thanksgiving. After meeting with several companies and getting estimates, we chose them just four days before the holiday. I asked Kevin if there was any chance they could install at least the furnace since we were hosting family, and he made it happen. They got the furnace installed in time and finished the rest of the work the following week.

His team did a great job and, more importantly, was respectful throughout the entire process. As homeowners, it’s stressful having to call service companies for major, expensive work—you want people who are dependable and professional. They met all the criteria, and I would highly recommend them.

This was the 1st time I was extremely frustrated with the service, I was told I was being charged for something that was covered because the tech did something else however it was put back completely and I had to pay someone to come and put back together because I was advised to not leave it like that. I usually have had decent experiences with the company. I also never received the write up to break down the issue.

I hate giving poor reviews, and everyone that works at Xzavier HVAC is perfectly nice, it was a just a lot of work on my part to get this job done (and it's not like they have discount prices).
They don't communicate very well with customers. I had to call several times to find out that the delivery of our system was delayed, and then to schedule the service. They never reached out to me to keep me informed or to schedule the install. They showed up hours late without notice (again I had to call to figure out what was going on). After they installed the pool heat pump they couldn't get my filter re-started so I had to do it myself after they left. It was just more work than I anticipated for the price.

This company put in a air conditioning system in my home that does not provide cooling and he refuses to correct the problem and refuses to refund me my money this is ridiculousbdo not use this contract that he will be nightmare. And because his license are in York PA is very hard to try to sue him to get your money back but I am going to continue to try to get it back
