Insulation Contractor reviews in Baltimore, Maryland

Its simply wow.

Work done by Koala Insulations is amazing. Starting from the work evaluation and quotation to getting the work done was very smooth and hassle free. We started to see the difference from same hour as the work was done. They offered so many things I didn’t even know that I could ask for.

I would definitely recommend Jasper and koala insulations for such work.

I had an emergency situation and needed to get my attic insulated. I contacted Koala Insulation and they sent out one of their liaison to do an assessment and evaluation. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He has a very pleasant and professional demeanor and was very willing to answer questions and address your concerns. The actual insulation was done by Chief and Howard who were very friendly and professional and they did an excellent job in installing the insulation and making sure that the work area was immaculately clean after the job. If you are considering getting some insulation done, I would recommend that you call Koala Insulation. You can't go wrong.o

Great experience, from the estimate through installation. Everyone was professional, kind, honest, and on time. Highly recommended.

I had an attic encapsulation and basement rim joist Insulation done by Koala Insulation on 1/4/25. Since then my BGE bill has decreased by more than half! I am overjoyed!. Jasper is very professional, informative and responsive. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Richard and his coworker did an exceptional and thorough job ensuring all cracks and crevices were sealed. I am very pleased with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Koala Insulation.

Our insulation experience with Jasper and his crew was amazing! Of the companies we spoke to for the same job, Koala offered the best deal in everything from schedule, materials, and cost. Jasper was great - wonderfully communicative and very flexible with our hectic schedule! The work was done fast and extremely well. Inspection passed the next day and it was the only part of our renovation process that didn't cause any delays! Thank you!!

I had my basement ceiling insulation replaced and upgraded. My experience with Koala Insulation was wonderful. They gave me a date for an estimate and the rep explained my choices and costs and helped me decide what would be best without any sales pressure. I scheduled the work that day because I felt confident in the company and I was right. The installer did a great job. He was polite and worked nonstop to complete the job . I’m very happy with the service, product, and result.

The crew from Koala were excellent in all parts of our experience with them. Except for the pictures, you could tell that they had been here. They did an amazing job of cleaning up. Even Benji our dog approved of them although he wished they had given him more treats. We will recommend Koala to all of our friends

Koala was great to work with. They were accommodating, responsive and did a great job.

We highly recommend Koala for your insulation needs. From beginning to end we received excellent service, communication and results! They partnered with BGE for the best solution for our home. We could not be more satisfied with the outcome and comfortable temperature in our home.

Arrived on time and did great work.
Took the guys around 5 hours to complete and clean up.
Yes, I would recommend them.

Koala Insulation did a great job! Jeff, the company representative, explained his recommendations, answered all my questions, and gave me an excellent price. Richard and Ryan, the technicians, arrived promptly and worked efficiently from installation of solar fan and insulation through cleanup. Very highly recommended!

Great experience. The whole team was very friendly and they did a very thorough job of insulating our attic, leaving a small storage space, installing a new ceiling vent fan in our bathroom, and installing a new attic entry dome. The entire process took less than three hours. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Ryan highly enough! From the moment he showed up, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things insulation. He took the time to explain our options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure we understood the process from start to finish.

His work was meticulous—he didn’t cut corners and treated our home with care and respect. You can tell they take pride in his work.

If you're looking for someone honest, skilled, and reliable for your insulation needs, Ryan/koala is the one to call. Exceptional service all around!

Jasper and his crew were very professional respectful and their work was amazing. The owner was professional and communication with the customer was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for everything we are happy customers.

Working with Koala was easy from start to finish. No challenges scheduling the free estimate or the work itself. Installation went quickly and they did a great job cleaning up. Very pleased their work, price and customer service.

Koala insulation was amazing. It was a 3 day job but it doesn’t look like anything was actually done. The explanation of the product was amazing, the communication was very thorough. We knew everything that was getting done step by step. The dry walling people were a bit tardy but their work was amazing as well. I will definitely be using them in the future for any other needs.

Koala was great throughout the project. Explained the process, and the benefits. Were prompt with all appointments. The installers were polite, they protected the carpets and walls, and cleaned up when finished. We immediately could feel a difference in the temperature of the 2nd floor rooms. We highly recommend Koala

Koala was able to get in quickly to get the work done before the high temps were upon us. Pricing was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful with their explanations. Would recommend

Great experience using their service. Professional, efficient, and also very respectful. Jasper and his coworker helped us remove all the old and torn material inside the attic, sanitize the ceiling, and had a blown-in fiberglass insulation and installed a zipped hatch cover for attic stairs. They walk us through the whole process in advance, show up on time, and very respectful to our house rules. There's some unanticipated accident happening during the installation, but Jasper is a very responsible person and take care of everything quickly and properly. We would definitely recommend Koala to others!

I had an excellent experience with Koala insulation. Jasper did an incredible install and took the time to explain everything, ensuring I felt comfortable with how the product ran. I was impressed by their level of professionalism and how quickly they were able to get the job done! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thanks again!

Had a great experience with Koala. The estimator was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary services. They installed both an attic fan as well as some additional fiberglass attic insulation, and it's already made a WORLD of difference in our upstairs temperatures.
