needed replacement of a gas water heater. Mr. Rooter and their technician, Paul, were very responsive, giving a fair estimate and completed repair within 24 hours of the initial call. The work was well done and Paul was helpful in explaining the options and completing the work.

Plumber was punctual and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal. He also figured out the problem with my guest bathroom sink. He went out and purchased a very nice replacement faucet and installed it quickly. Did very good work but a bit pricey. I am using them again for a separate issue with a leak.
