We use Royal Carpet Cleaners yearly. They are always responsive, reliable and do a great job. We had a couple of big dark spots on an area rug that they were able to make barely noticeable. We are very satisfied.

Royal Carpet Cleaners came through and saved my day!! I emailed them at 2am asking if they had any openings. I was extremely panicked due to a sick kid incident in the middle of the night. My brand new rug and couches were the victims. They emailed me back first thing in the morning and told me they would try to fit me in. They came through and my house smells amazing, with zero signs of anything ever happening!! Above and beyond service, extremely pleasant technician and they now have a customer for life!! I highly recommend!!!

We called them after reading the reviews and the owner, George, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We booked it then for a few days later (because of our schedule). His two sons came to do the work and they were awesome. Very professional, very courteous and very thorough. They were great young men and the work they did was awesome. One of the best companies I have ever done business with. They showed up when they said they would, replied to text messages quickly, were extremely polite and friendly. My sofas look great and the prices are reasonable. This is my second time using them and I'm just as impressed with them as I was years ago. I will be using them again in the future!

I was looking forward to leaving a review for these guys, and when I googled them to do that, I saw they had a 5.0 rating out of 352 reviews. That's pretty incredible, and after the service we had, I can totally see why everyone here gave them the same rating. Amazing service, very friendly and helpful, they were giving me all the tips and tricks on how to clean things. We had them here to clean our 8 year old couches, and coincidentally the weekend prior to them coming out, our kids left slime harden on our couch. I wasn't expecting them to do much with it, since it seemed difficult, and that's not what they were told was gonna be here. They did an amazing job and can hardly even tell there was slime there anymore. Couches looked great afterwards too. I think the rating here speaks for itself, but would totally recommend these guys to anyone, and will certainly be using them again.

One of the best customer services I've experienced. Starting from the day I called in to see if I could get an in person consult. Peter was able to come in just a few hours after my call and was able to give me quite a generous estimate. Peter and Stefanos were very professional, taking the time to explain every process they did and why they did it (balancing the pH, the temperature of the water, how long it takes to dry,etc). They even took the time to check up on my throughout the week to make sure everything was drying up nice.
If you ever decide to clean the carpets yourself, please reach out to them first to get recommendations on what supplies to use! I wish I called ahead of time before attempting it myself.

Peter and his brother are awesome. Upon arrival Peter noticed how dusty the our new vinyl floors were so without hesitation he offered to mop them while his brother got started with the carpets. They could of easily just washed the carpets as agreed upon and left but they didnt. This made them stand out from the rest in the business. Peter cleaned our carpet prior to moving in to our new home. After moving in, I noticed some residual odor in our bedroom and called him back. Peter came back out right away and inspected the entire bedroom carefully. He deodorized the carpet and took care of our problem immediately. He was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with his work. He did not charge us the second time and stood by his work. I will do business with him again in the future if need arises. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYAL CARPET CLEANING SERVICES!!!! I spoke with Mr. George on Sunday (FATHER'S DAY!) in reference to scheduling an emergency carpet cleaning.

Mr. George was responsive and accommodating. He sent his son's Pete and Stefano on the following day to look into the seriousness of the damage. Once arriving, the son's gave a detailed explanation of the treatment process that would be performed on the damaged area as well as the entire carpeted area of the home. Peter and Stefano were very knowledgeable of the best way to repair and restore the damage.

I can not say how impressed I was with the level of detail and care my home was given by the son's. I was completely amazed once the process was over. The damage in my carpet was completely removed!

I was distressed over the carpet and whether it could be restored, I didn't realize I forgot to move small decor furniture pieces etc from the carpeted areas for it to be cleaned. To my surprise I seen the son's had elevated the small furniture and decor themselves to clean the carpet beneath them! (Crying happy tears.)

Also, I had inquired about some deep stains in my walk in closet area. Family and loved ones that come and stay from out of town bring luggage and the luggage wheels etc leaves soil and imprints embedded in the carpet bed. I believed the stains were to dark to come completely out. REVIEWERS! THE STAINS WERE COMPLETELY REMOVED! THE WALK IN CLOSET CARPET LOOKED AS IF IT NEVER HAD ANY DISCOLORATION OR DEEP INGRAINED SOIL! I was just hoping to lighten the areas! To see the carpet back to its original like new appearance was CRAZY WORK!

This family owned business has been taking care of my carpet and upholstery for years . My now deceased furbaby Gizmo (Shih Tzu) LOVED following the sons around my home as they worked . This is the first time I have had my carpet cleaned since Gizmo's passing. I didn't know how emotional that would be for me. I was so use to seeing Gizzy being a little helper (in his eyes, laughing) when the son's came to clean.

The son's were so compassionate and caring as always it's just this time their little fury friend wasn't at the door to greet them. We laughed and reminisced about him while they worked.

I plan to move within five years or so from Maryland to the Delaware area closer to family. I am BEGGING this family owned business: Royal Carpet Cleaning Service to PLEASE EXPAND into the DMP area :(Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.) I can't see any other business cleaning my carpet and upholstery keeping it looking like new in appearance and SMELLING WONDERFUL for over a decade with each treatment!

We had Royal Carpet Cleaners here yesterday to clean 5 rooms. Two of the rooms were children’s rooms. The carpets were really bad. But Peter and his dad did the impossible and got the carpets back to new. They both really nice and knowledgeable. We could not be happier the with the way the carpets came out. Their prices were very good. So I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
