Aaron came out late in the day and fixed my fireplace. He was super nice and friendly. Explained why it wasn’t working and fixed it in a few minutes.

Technician Jeremie introduced himself upon arrive. Was very polite. He looked at the heating system and took his time to explained to me different parts of the heating system, that I knew nothing about. He was very knowledgeable explaining how the system operates and what could be changed to help the system run even more efficiency.

We’ve had Green Home Services come out to our home last summer for an ac issue and most recently this fall for a heating issue. Both experiences were pleasant, marked by professionalism, honesty, and quick responsiveness. I’d recommend them to you for similar issues for very good trusted work.

This review is not based on the quality of a job or product. This company was selected by my warranty company due to my upstairs heat going out. Green home approved the job and sent a technician out to evaluate my issue and gave a diagnosis of the problem promptly. He said that the part would need to be approved by the warranty company which naturally takes longer than if we went direct with green home, so I was understanding. The projected time was the end of the week (it was a Monday), unfortunate but again understandable due to working with a warranty company. Fast forward 7-8 days later and I did not receive a call from green home. I called the company around day 7 and asked for an update. The woman said they would reach out to the technician and get back to me, they never did. 2 days later or so I called and they said that they reached out to the warranty company “two days ago” and said that they no longer could do the job due to their “warranty guy who gets the parts no longer being with the company”…..what?. Who gives a crap who gets the part? As long as the warranty company approves it, get the part and complete the job, no different than any other customer. This is a heat system out in the beginning of winter in the state of Maryland, with a newborn in the home as well. It shouldn’t matter if you have a warranty company customer or a out of pocket customer, this is unacceptable behavior for a company that fixes a KEY component of a modern American home.
