Good experience! I was given options for ordering the necessary part, which involved differing costs and times of delivery. I’m very pleased.

The tech was efficient and very nice. Our washer had to be replaced due to a hole in the tub.

Was excellent at explaining what he was checking and why. Checked out several components but problem seems to be intermittent. Told me not to hesitate to call again if the dryer does not heat.

I moved into my new home in June 2020 in which the refrigators icemake was not working properly. I have reached out relentlessly to the business for repair and as it is approaching THANKSGIVING, the repair has still not done! They do not answer the phones and never return messages! I am not happy with this company at all.

I was very impressed with Titus Appliance Repair. Quick response time, very friendly, knowledgeable and fast technician. Will definitely recommend and call again if needed.

Terrible experience. They were supposed to come out 4 separate times and each time they canceled at the last minute. My pregnant wife was here each time they didn’t show up. To make it worse the customer service was horrible as well. Aside from not spending the money I wouldn’t deal with the frustration and lack of care that comes with this business.

They were super super nice polite and they were on time. They called when they were 15 minutes away and they continuously communicated with me throughout the whole repair. I will be using them for all of my household appliance repairs.

This is the worst, worst, worst customer service I have ever received! Titus will dodge your calls and not return them. I would literally call him with my phone number and he would not pick up and I would use a different number and he would pick up. He would say he'll call me back and never did. This has been ongoing for weeks. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!! You have been warned. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Very very unprofessional, no respect for your time, missed several windows of repair, microwave & dishwasher was never repaired after I took a day off work. Technician rescheduled appt on a Saturday was still a no-show and no-call. ( Referred by Choice home warranty) Smh

Horrible in all respects! Service Rep did not know what he was doing. Has not filed a report with Home Warranty company after nearly a month...still waiting. They do not answer the phone or return messages (multiple calls a day for several weeks). Never, NEVER use this company. I'm shocked they are still in business.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I am a very hard person to disappoint. It is hard work and I try to be understanding. If your warranty company sets you up with them, I promise you will save more time calling them back and requesting another service provider. Again, save yourself the time, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They maaaaaaybe will set up a time with you, then not honor it. They miiiiight text you, then never respond. DO NOT USE TITUS. That's it, I hate that I've now posted a poor review, but if it saves someone else, it'll have been worth it.

They were very professional and give me insight as a customer on how to keep keep my hoses aligned properly for the dishwasher, gave me some pointers on how to deal with issues with my faucet put my mind at ease that everything was corrected when the service call was complete. Highly recommend, because most places don't even take the time to educate you as a customer!

They are the worst. They are no-call no-shows. The technician was on phone the whole time and had to be talked through the digital diagnosis. Never called in parts to the insurance Co haven't heard back from them to this day! Very unprofessional would never use them. Not sure why my home warranty company ever used them! 😫😫😫

Punctual, professional! I called them on Easter-they responded the same day! They were upfront with the price-in the event that I needed something replaced. Although I didn’t need the replacement part after all, they advised that I reach out to a plumber and told me what additional things needed to happen. I had an AWESOME experience with this company.

Scheduled my appointment (10am-12pm) days ahead because of my own job, the day of my appointment the gentleman calls me to reschedule the same day for 3pm-5pm I said okay. They never showed up, called back or answered my call. They do not value any of their customers.

I thought i had used a great repair company, they came to my house , i thought they fixed my Refrigerator and Freezer they installed two new parts , it ran good for only a month.
I have been trying to contact them , by phone and message, but they will not respond.
They installed 2 bad, non working parts that cost close to $500. Wow. What a shame.

Mr. Incosi is very professional! He easily diagnosed the issue with my Whirlpool Clothes Washer! Ordered the part and had it repaired with in a few days! Very Impressive! If you need appliance repair! Mr. Incosi is your guy! Call him NOW!

We were forced to use this company through our home warranty to fix our fridge and they were unresponsive for over a week. Another week later they finally responded that they just ordered the part. We are in the midst of using them for the second time and as if they couldn't get any worse, they did. Were working through it now. Please save yourself and use another company.

I got connected to the service through choice home warranty. They came out in October to see what was wrong with my refrigerator freezer. They told me they had to order the part and they will come back in a week. They came back out in a week with the wrong part, the part they had was for the water to come down not for the icemaker. They told me that choice warranty sent them the wrong parts. so I called choice home warranty which told me they don’t order parts the company does. so choice warranty called them for them to tell choice home warranty that they ordered the part but the parts are on back order something they could have just told me.
Weeks went by now it’s dec and I haven’t heard anything from this company.finally called them they told me they were gonna call me back still didn’t call me back. I called choice warranty and they told me they was going to give them a call they also even gave me another number to reach them and once I talk to the young lady now don’t nobody answered the phone. All I wanted them to do is fix my Ice maker. Choice home warranty even payed them for the job December 8 and and no one still have a fix the work at all. these companies are unprofessional and even with the pandemic you can’t get professional black ppl, this the type of business that needs to be shut down and help the business that’s Actually for the people
