Very knowledgeable and professional service, this business is under new management but they cannot get the negative reviews removed from the previous owners, do not let the rating deter you. The new management is excellent, I highly recommend this business for all your ice machine and refrigeration needs.

TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!!! The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! its takes 3 Incompetent people to come service 1 machine and to still find no solution to the problem, I've never seen Idiots work hand in hand the way they did, it was all just plain Trash!!! Don't even bother wasting your money with them, they're a 3rd party for SCOTSMAN ICE & they too should be embarrassed and ashamed of not doing their research on who they hire to represent them and their company ....

Super professional ice maker servicing/cleaning. Most people don't realize stand alone ice makers need cleaning every six months or bacteria can build up. This is a very knowledgeable family owned business> I highly recommend.

Today is 16 Feb 2018. I've been waiting for a replacement part through them since October. I've called and we've spoken every few weeks but nothing but empty promises. Since paid in advance, next stop is Montgomery County Small Claims Court....

Won’t honor our contract for our second service unless we renew with them. Due to COVID we only got one of the two services we paid for, upfront of course. We tried to schedule the second well into the pandemic year but they would never call back to schedule or someone was ill. Now they say we are out of contract. Stay clear of this company.

10/10 from scheduling to the service itself, the technicians were professional, kind and efficient. My ice machine has had issues from day one, A-1 resolved it immediately and quickly. Definitely call them for any ice machine or refrigeration issues.
