Brian B. Quick was very professional and made it out to the house on the same day I called them and in the time they said they would be there. Mike G. was very prompt in diagnosing the issue with my shower. He laid out the what the problem could be in order of likelihood and cost. He believed it was the less expensive and quicker problem. He went and got the parts and came back a half hour later. The whole thing was fixed 25 minutes after he returned. Very nice and courteous young guy.

My husband called these guys to replace my old water heater that crapped out on me into a tankless water heater. On top of that, they said I needed a new pressure tank which made no sense to me because mine old one was working fine and the took it with them. But the said the new pressure tank was needed to work with the new tankless water heater. I expressed how my water heater also ran the heat to my home. I expressed this information and I was told that the new tankless water heater would heat up my new home. This happened in July. Upon paying, the company’s install guys said your cool, send us 2,000 and we will lower you over bill 2,000. I found it super suspicious but I have an husband who has stage 4 cancer who is tentative to cold after having radiation and chemo treatments. I also have 6 kids in my home, 12 of which are young toddlers that are autistic and very sensitive to cold. After the initial setup. I also get an error code and they have to come out and fix the connection because of improper installation. Winter comes and my house does not heat up with the tankless water

We needed our garbage disposal replaced, and Brian B Quick could not have made it easier! It was not an urgent issue, but they got me an appointment same-day, gave us a competitive quote, replaced the equipment quickly, and even gave us pointers a few other plumbing questions we had about unrelated matters.
