Extremely rude receptionist and unprofessional unpleasant experience with the working company. Set up an appointment with them for our parking lot and they showed up an hour late, just drinking and foil language and I couldn't believe how terrible they were.

I used PCM Services at the property I manage twice and they charge $95.00 an hour to waste time so they can make more money or charge you an hour and a half traveling time. I will no longer be using them at all due to calling the office yielded no results and no follow up. One of my coworkers used them on her property and had the same experience.
